24 / 7 support, fast fulfillment Bonnie helped me most recently 1-29-24 EDIT: it's now been over a month of using CJ. my agent Surind Su has been very supportive to my business every step of the way. I look forward to utilizing more of CJs services as my business continues to grow.

My experience has been great working with Bonnie, Royce Zhang, Luciano, Agnes, Angle and Christine Yu have been on top of my orders and have helped me with quite a bit. I've been using the CJ app for the past few months and have been receiving support from Sabrina Liu, who I actually can't rate highly enough given she has gone above and beyond anytime I've reached out for a question, and I ask her something almost daily. Now that I'm more comfortable with it I do like the easy sourcing requests, product connections, pre ordering inventory, their handling of disputes, 24/7 support and care with communicating shipping/fulfilment with me (e.g., I have had pictures/videos before accepting quality). I would love to see the algorithm for the search fixed though, probably the biggest frustration with the app.

I had issues importing my orders and contacted their 24/7 consultant support. Rami Wu was very quick to help me get the orders sorted out and was very attentive. I don't know of any other customer service that is as good as CJDroppshippings! Would highly recommend

I have contacted CJ and got in touch with Arlene and she was very patience and helped with all my question.

They say much faster. But it is much slow. I am writing this after 13th days and they still could not deliver my order yet. My customer is behind me for the order. They don't have control over the logistic, no tracking update after one week also. Even customer care on chat never provide me a proper detail on it nor my private agent Gina Ge who never answered my queries nor she never tried to connect with me. Each and every day new agents reply on whatsapp. I am not at all satisfied with their service. It's not at all suitable for India. Don't go with this guys. It's a trap. My orders are struck after one update that is "Shipment handed over for line haul/ delivery" and no further update. They provided local courier contact details, mobile is switched off, landline no answer, e-mail no response. This is there value to customers. Never recommended.

I have not started selling yet but so far the support Lea Zhang is giving me is great. Also, the fact that you can ask the support at any time of the day makes it very easy to work whenever you want to without having to wait for hours until you get a response. Unfortunately shipping prices are a bit high and the processing time is quite long but I guess that's the price you have to pay to have this big variety of products available.
