Sehr guter und freundlicher Support, die App funktioniert ohne Probleme. eine gute Alternative zu anderen Dropshipping Anbietern mit schneller Lieferzeit. Ich bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden.

CJ is a great intermediary solution for customizing packaging and improving delivery times. Sourcing requests are processed very quickly (24 hours). The customer support is very responsive and kind when you need help with the application. A big thank you to Alan Yang for his help. Zoey Zheng was very responsive as well helping me syncing my orders with my store. They are always here to solve your issues. I recommend CJ

If it was possible to give 10 stars Connie Jin would receive them. Again, I would like to thank her for taking her time with me and being very detailed and showing exactly where and what to look for. Customer Service is not DEAD, well not with Connie Jin. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. She eased the worriness of a first-timer, or anyone who is in this business. I pray I get her again or someone close to her caliber. Get training CJ!! Will recommend to others!! I am pleased so far and pray I will continue to be!!

Learning to use CJ to scale my dropshipping business. Seems like a mature and powerful platform with many problems sorted out (packaging, etc). Support team is great too, Sveta has answered all my questions promptly and patiently. Would recommend.
