I am very new to drop shipping and my experience with CJ has been a great start. I couldn't figure out why my products were showing unavailable on my Shopify store, I went through the instructions that CJ's AI assistant suggested as well as my own AI, after going through the steps and it still was not resolved, I was connected to Angel on the CJdropshipping a live agent. Angel was very helpful and got it taken care of step by step with me in less than five minutes or roughly over but not much time was spent on the issue. It was resolved! Thank you Angel for your timely assistance.

The CJ app integrates perfectly, and works very well it updates all the orders correctly with tracking details. Also the staff are outstanding at CJ, and my agent Leila my agent is 5 stars! Excellent communication and always resolves any issues I have! super happy with Leila's professionalism. What a great agent is! I look forward to a long business partnership :)

I’ve had a great experience working with CJdropshipping, especially with my agent Bowen Zheng. He goes far beyond just processing orders, he genuinely thinks along with you. When I ran into issues, Bowen was quick to respond, worked overtime to help me resolve problems, and always looked for the best possible solution. He doesn’t just follow instructions, he actively suggests improvements and creative ways to handle challenges. Having an agent like this makes a huge difference. Highly recommended.
