CJdropshipping: Much Faster

The platform has been experiencing frequent and persistent stockouts, yet continues to falsely update tracking numbers, leading to numerous customer order refunds and complaints. Many tracking numbers have never shown any tracking information, indicating completely fraudulent shipments. As a result, I have already personally compensated customers for a significant amount of money to compensate them and maintain the store's reputation, but they refuse to refund me. This has caused me a substantial financial loss.

Order placed February 26, 2026. Never delivered after 35+ days. CJ Dropshipping has a plethora of items for any niche, but if you run into a problem with the support team and get your bank involved they'll shut down your access to their platform, therefore shutting down your store, or any items you rely on them to fulfill. My advice would be to find another supplier with more human empathy, because if you get on their bad side they'll shut you down without any hesitation or information from their part, but they'll always expect you to be patient.
