I am very happy to report that my personal agent Adeline Wang helped me through a big mess with professionalism and personal contact. I was very frustrated due to a developer I had used to set up my e commerce store. I no longer work with this developer but she used her email to bind the store to my Cjs account. I had emaied the person to take her name off my account and she never responded. So I was stuck. I couldnt get orders to go thru bc my payment system had been set up with her email. Once I explained all that my agent Adeline went to work and after some verification and screenshots, she was able to get the store linked to me! I cant explain what a relief that was! If asked I would highly recommend her to help with your account.

I'm very lucky to have Jocelyn, I've worked with her for couple weeks now and I can say shes the best. After struggling with finding good supplier with great product costs + shipping cost she helped me solve that problem, now I can comfortably make profits while having a very good COG and shipping cost. I highly recommend her for anyone starting out or struggling.

Amazing, very professional, patient human support from CJD & "Angel Li (Customer Service)" ! She helped me resolve a very complicated case where I needed to find a new source for a product & new supplier, but she made it very simple ! The comparison between CJD & AutoDS is night and day !
