I had a very wonderful experience with CJ customer rep Pauling, I needed to fulfill an order and got things messed up and didn't know how to fix it and fulfill the order. I contacted CJ WhatsApp chat and got the much needed help from Pauling, very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my messages. Thanks pauling for helping me fulfill this order! I just discovered CJdropshipping and I'm already switching all my products to use CJdropshipping. The 24/7 support is very reassuring and helps me establish a certain trust with my clients. I'm also lucky to have Wing as my agent. she reached out to me since the first day to help and guide me through my business. Cj Dropshipping is a great platform to help with my dropshipping store. Had a great interaction with customer service agent Alen. Helped me quickly and resolved my issue in literally 10 seconds. Keep it up Alen! Someone should give him a raise. I would 100% recommend CJDropshipping.
