I want to especially thank Elara who helped me verify my 3PL Forward Warehouse shipment — she checked my fulfillment agreement, confirmed my packaging and labeling were correct, and even forwarded my shipment details to my personal agent to monitor the arrival at the warehouse. Fast, patient, and professional. The whole 3PL setup process (agreement, barcodes, inbound shipment) went smoothly thanks to the support team.
