If you are looking for one voice for customer service all over CJ Dropshipping, that would probably be the voice of Dolly Liu. She pays such great attention to the customers, yet she never fails to reach higher ends in making everything work. From organising everything on the timely deliveries, to being able to attend on product and stocks, Dolly has proven fantastic assistance time and again. Never has anyone else's responsiveness and dedication made such a difference in one's business operations. I feel reassured knowing that she is available to assist at all times. Very helpful. I was stuck trying to figure out how to do it because hadn't had an order in awhile and then I was blanking on how to do it. Ken yang helped me get it figured out very quickly. I had been starting to panic but he gave me the answers right away and now I have a happy customer. Hopefully there will be a lot more soon. I'm ready to roll!
