This app is effective. The people are friendly and very responsive. You don't have to deal with individual sellers; you only communicate with CJD. They work 24/7. So, no matter the time difference, you would find someone to respond to your question or request. I want to thank Enid Dong, a customer service agent, who provided excellent support yesterday and solved a problem within minutes, which would have taken hours to resolve under normal processes. Update on 9/7/2025: Last night, Connie Jin helped me understand a few issues related to recent orders. She was knowledgeable, responsive and patient. Thank you, Connie!

I've been using the CJ Dropshipping app for a while now, and I must say it's been a game-changer for my store. Connie was super attentive to my enquiry and had it solved on the spot! I had an issue regarding shipping in which I could not ship to a certain zone. Connie heard my concerns and quickly found the solution in suggesting viable suppliers that I could use, which all had excellent costs and shipping times.
