I just have to say – Doki is an amazing agent! Even during the Spring Festival, when almost everything in China shuts down, she still did her best to reply whenever she could. Not once has she ever told me ‘no’ to a request. If something seemed difficult, she always found a way to make it work. What I love about working with her is that she doesn’t just do her job – she thinks ahead, looks for better solutions, and genuinely cares. You can tell she’s a good person – honest, smart, and always eager to learn and grow. At the end of the day, in eCommerce, your agent is one of the most important things. There are always challenges, always unexpected situations, and having someone like Doki who actually cares about your success and puts in the effort makes all the difference. CJ Dropshipping as a platform is already great, especially for dropshippers, but honestly? The real cherry on top is having an agent like Doki. Highly recommended!

At first, I thought CJ Dropshipping was the best option for my business, but now they are extremely disappointing. They are incredibly inefficient: they don’t update their inventory, and 3 or 4 days after placing an order, they casually tell you the product is out of stock—when your inventory shows thousands available! Their support is awful, responding with vague excuses and never actually solving any problems. Shipping is painfully slow, and if your order has more than one product, it turns into a complete disaster: delays, mix-ups, and constant errors. Totally frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend CJ Dropshipping to anyone looking for a reliable supplier.
