CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Stay away. Their "local warehouse products" aren't real, they ship everything from China so products don't take 3-7 days for delivery as they sate at these products. I thought I could use cjdropshipping to list some products on Temu US using the CJ US warehouse products but it didn't work out, they ship these items from China to a US warehouse which takes 10 days for delivery then they use your temu printed shipping label to ship the order from the local warehouse to the final customer. It's impossible to adhere to temu's shipping & delivery policy using cjdropshipping.

Great service. Ken Yang assisted me to resolve an issue that had took me hours. He took me step by step on how to resolve it. I have never been that happy, I really appreciate.

Although CJ Dropshipping is a good platform for the drop shipping service. There is a constant inventory sync issues. I have been listing products from CJ Dropshipping and all the products I list shows as "SOLD OUT". CJ Dropshipping and Shopify needs to fix this issue at the earliest.

Overall, it’s a great system, but it does have some shortcomings. They are constantly working on improvements, though. The product range for local house is somewhat limited, meaning there aren’t a lot of options. So, if you want to build a website with a large product catalog, it could be a bit challenging. That said, they are improving themselves, and their customer service is excellent—you get quick responses and your issues are resolved efficiently, which is a big plus. I’m satisfied with using it and I hope it gets even better in the future. Thank you as well for representing the Gildan name to the agent.
