Sveta has been amazingly helpful and always quick to respond. Any concerns I have with orders have always been fixed! Jolee has also been amazing and has always helped us even with the most complex of issues. She works really hard and is already ready to support and advise. She works around the clock and no issue is too big or too small for her. We are very grateful for her and all her knowledge.

CJ is much more professional and adapted to the regulations of the EU market than most of the other suppliers I have worked with. The support is very fast and very helpful. Thank you "Sini liu" and "Jolie" for helping and solving some problems we had. I totally recommend!

Stay away from CJ. All the 5 star reviews are from new people who CJ's agents prompt into leaving a review right after they answer one question. Their customer service is very poor - terrible communication skills, they'll forget/not do things you've asked for, very poor English, and a whole heap of problems. Shipping - Shipping times & processing times are HORRIBLE. I've had so many orders with processing times taking anywhere between 5-13 days (this is on top of shipping) and they'll just say "im sorry for the delay". Shipping prices are well above market rate, switching to a private supplier after how terrible they are. If you actually value good shipping times, customer service, quality pricing, and want to have a good experience for your customers do NOT use CJ. They also don't answer their support email, already tried to get in touch.

I recommend this app! Most sellers find the difficulty to solve shipping issue from chinese vendors. CJ so far is the best solution i got as it is like the combination of oberlo + aliexpress, just like the chinese say: "one line dragon service". I can now source anything i like to sell and with the help from personal agent Dolly, she helps me to make sure of all our ends (seller) is perfectly established and setup. It's great!

Willa is so helpful! I was able to request a product and she helped me source it so I can add it on my online shop. This app is a lot easier to navigate than the other apps. The other apps are too overwhelming especially for beginners. CJdropshipping is straightforward and customer service is top notch!
