This app is effective. The people are friendly and very responsive. You don't have to deal with individual sellers; you only communicate with CJD. They work 24/7. So, no matter the time difference, you would find someone to respond to your question or request. I'd like to thank Miki Weng, a customer service agent, who provided excellent support yesterday and solved a problem within minutes, which would have taken hours if left to normal processes. Highly recommended!
