If you are looking for one voice for customer service all over CJ Dropshipping, that would probably be the voice of Dolly Liu. She pays such great attention to the customers, yet she never fails to reach higher ends in making everything work. From organising everything on the timely deliveries, to being able to attend on product and stocks, Dolly has proven fantastic assistance time and again. Never has anyone else's responsiveness and dedication made such a difference in one's business operations. I feel reassured knowing that she is available to assist at all times. Thanks, Dolly, for your professionalism and hard work!

CjDropshipping is an outstanding app for anyone in the dropshipping business. While I’ve encountered a few issues in the past, the team went above and beyond to resolve them promptly. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate through categories and find what I need. I’d especially like to express my gratitude to the customer support team, and in particular, agent Christine Yu. Her exceptional support has made a significant difference for me. She is incredibly patient, professional, and provides clear, detailed instructions whenever I encounter challenges.

I am new to dropshipping and I have been a bit nervous with the shopping season at hand. CJs app is easy to navigate and when i have had a question there has been a customer support there to assist, i wanted to make sure everything was operational so no problems for Black Friday I did not have to over explain myself or wait very long to get what i needed . Rebeca Lin was very helpful and patient with me and I am very satisfied that everything is ready and that I have the support of my vendor.
