Setting up a Shopify store for TikTok shop and CjDropshipping US warehouse for our product source,I've had so many integration issues between Shopify and TikTok shop and consulted my Cj Dropshipping assigned agent,Gwen Zhang,on matters that we're not their issues though She helped me on every step.locating issues,SKU# AND most importantly,The Assigned Agent Gwen,has answered every request for assistance...The Mr.Shopper Strictly Gifts Store owes a big thank you for your help.(Though rude of us assuming that business like CjDropshipping hours match our time zone,we're almost 12 hours difference.and so unaware of the working hours these agents maintain, multiple times Ms Zhang actually assisted me during her off work time that means the most to me so thank you...

Boran Chen helped me resolve a problem I had with my shopify store listing . I had problems connecting Cj dropshipping to my shopify store. the later showed the badge sold out on my Cj dropshiping products although the stocks are full so Boran helped fix this disconnection so now the store shows exactly what is visible in Cj dropshipping. I am very happy to report that my personal agent Adeline Wang helped me through a big mess with professionalism and personal contact. I was very frustrated due to a developer I had used to set up my e commerce store. I no longer work with this developer but she used her email to bind the store to my Cjs account. I had emaied the person to take her name off my account and she never responded. So I was stuck. I couldnt get orders to go thru bc my payment system had been set up with her email. Once I explained all that my agent Adeline went to work and after some verification and screenshots, she was able to get the store linked to me! I cant explain what a relief that was! If asked I would highly recommend her to help with your account.

I'm very lucky to have Jocelyn, I've worked with her for couple weeks now and I can say shes the best. After struggling with finding good supplier with great product costs + shipping cost she helped me solve that problem, now I can comfortably make profits while having a very good COG and shipping cost. I highly recommend her for anyone starting out or struggling.
