CJdropshipping: Much Faster

She will always suggest recommendations or alternatives products if the original ones are out of stock. I’ve been working with them for over a year, and their service has consistently exceeded my expectations.

April has been awesome every time I had issues or questions, she is helpful and patient with me. After using the app for over 1 year now, there are a few updates I would like to see to streamline some of the functions.

At first, I thought CJ Dropshipping was the best option for my business, but now they are extremely disappointing. They are incredibly inefficient: they don’t update their inventory, and 3 or 4 days after placing an order, they casually tell you the product is out of stock—when your inventory shows thousands available! Their support is awful, responding with vague excuses and never actually solving any problems. Shipping is painfully slow, and if your order has more than one product, it turns into a complete disaster: delays, mix-ups, and constant errors. Totally frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend CJ Dropshipping to anyone looking for a reliable supplier.
