I would recommend cj to any dropshipper . My agent Joean Gu took care of me and was able to get me a phenomenal price for my product which increased my profit margin. If you love top notch service and SUPER quick response then ask for Joean to be your agent!!! Thanks again buddy . Looking forward to keep working with you!

I am so happy with the help of the customer service especially Agnes Fang. She has long patience on answering all of my questions and she is very polite and helpful. Thank you so much Agnes! Update 28.06.2024: It was very nice talking to Alan Yang. He is very helpful and approachable. He helped me in disputing one of my orders and it was a success. Thanks Alan! Update 14.07.2025: Connie Jin is really nice and helpful. She helped me in my order issue and it was resolve right away- I will give her 5 stars.

Lea and Ken have been very patient with me as I explored placing my drop shipping needs in their hands. They were very helpful in staying with me and providing support as I got my orders synced, ordered through CJ and paid. The pricing stated to me previously was exactly accurate. I'm glad to have Lea and Ken as our agents! Additionally, Jolie has been very helpful and patient in walking me through connecting my shop products for fulfillment. She took the time to understand where the issues were and helped me fix them. Thank you!

So far so good! I am starting a brand based in the US and have been looking around for solutions for my product sourcing and fulfillment. As of me writing this review, CJdropshipping and especially the live agents have been extremely helpful in guiding me and sourcing products efficiently. Shout out to the agent I am currently working with, Joy Zhou, she has been very accessible and has a good understanding of English and communication skills.

In the process of building my store I tried a couple of drop-shipping both not free, Cj is free I only wish I started with them from the start but sometimes we think FREE is not valuable. But loving how simple their system is, and I love how fast I can chat with a human. Thank you Box Chen for being so helpful!! I have been working with Bring from CJ for a while now. I'm so glad I got to know him. Bring is easily accessible, helpful and happy to think along with you. I have worked with several agents but none did their job the way Bring does. Bring helps me with every question I have in the right way. His knowledge and expertise are of real value to my webshop.
