Super app, only one star deducted because the search function isn't optimal. Otherwise, a super fast and helpful service. Available at any time. Praise and thanks to Ruth for the support. I definitely recommend the app.

CjDropshipping pretty much does it all, their website may look a little hard to navigate but it offers the most customisation of any other ones. Agents are always ready and super responsive towards any questions you might have, Zoey Zheng in particular deserves a shoutout. Really patient with me :)

My representative Box Chen assisted me with the best customer service. He not only walked me through and explained everything quickly and easily but he fixed my issues in minutes that would have taken me much longer than that. The system is very easy and manageable but I had a trainee that missed key elements like shipping type and inventory. Very important:) and Box Chen really helped me out and I am very grateful.

I really like the app, and my dedicated account manager, Aron Lee, has been incredibly helpful. He consistently goes above and beyond to get things done and is always quick to respond to my messages. I never feel like I'm left on my own. Whenever I have any issues or questions, Aaron is always there to provide excellent support. I highly recommend it!
