Their platform is reliable, and the range of products they offer has made a big difference in streamlining my business. Our account representative, Joan, has been especially incredible. He has excellent customer service skills, always responding promptly and with a positive attitude. John goes above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need, making the entire process so much easier.

As a newcomer to dropshipping, I’ve been very impressed with CJdropshipping. Setting up my Shopify store in a niche has had its challenges, but their support has been invaluable. My agent, Amelia Lin, efficiently helped me source a product that wasn’t initially available, and at a competitive price. I’m very satisfied, especially with my free account, and I look forward to continuing my partnership with CJdropshipping.

Surprisingly good and patient service, lots of products with a great profit margin, relatively easy to use and also works with eBay. Warehouses also available in Europe, so that if you have more financial means you can have the goods locally and ship them even faster. Shipping times are also very good (you can set how the goods should be shipped). White labeling is also possible. I am very satisfied.

J'aime la plateforme, car il est tout-en-un et il y a une équipe active pour répondre aux questions. Mais je trouve un peu complexe l'ajout de produit dans la boutique et aussi la suppression de certains produits, notamment POD enregistré dans mon espace personnel.

I am very disappointed with CJ Dropshipping and my supplier experience. At first, everything was fine, but then things went wrong. My supplier added thank-you cards from another company to my orders without telling me. This caused big problems for my business and my reputation. I also paid extra for fast shipping, but the delivery took even longer than the regular shipping time. It was a total waste of money. On top of that, more than 20 orders didn’t arrive at my customers, and CJ refuses to give me a refund. My advisor, Anisa, didn’t tell me that some packages were returned to CJ. I only found out through Klarna. This experience has been terrible for my business and my finances. I give CJ 0 out of 5 stars and do not recommend working with this company.

Very good and fast service from Ashely Wu!

So far so good. The app for sourcing products has been very easy and more automated than most, even the ones that say they are automated becomes a fiasco. Cjdropshipping is cheaper and has very good products with easy steps to fulfill. Pauling was my customer service rep who helped me split orders because I had a couple items that was not sourcing through cjdropshipping and she was super fast and made it very easy for me.
