Based on my experiences, I do NOT recommend this app. I installed this app four months ago. Technically, the app was easy to integrate into my Shopify account and worked almost immediately. Problems immediately arose in the processing of my orders. The delivery of the first order turned out to be incomplete and took several weeks. When a large shipment was not delivered at all, customer service appeared to offer no help. I was advised to contact DHL, after which DHL referred me back to JCdropshipping. Requests to JCdropshipping for refund or resend were never answered. I lost my trust in this "supplier" and lost my payments. Think carefully before installing this app.

I would recommend the app because they have unique products and the customer service is good. My agent Mr.Raymond is always available to chat with and is helping me with stock updates and orders. He helps in raising tickets on solving issues and explains things using screenshots.

I am sole proprietor and start up. I do not know much and every steps I take is still a trial and error. However I find CJ Dropshipping easy to manage and sync through my Shopify shop. Also tested for order and the delivery was within 2 weeks ( Philippine market) also they have a working and easy to reach customer service people.
