CJdropshipping: Much Faster

I am new to dropshipping and definitely need time to understand the "how to". Cj agent have definitely been most helpful and patient with me and my queries. i have finally successfully received an order and went thru understanding the process. Now, awaiting the results of the order, delivery time/packing of item etc for better referencing and knowledge to my future customers. As a new user, would definitely recommend them as they have been excellent thus far.

My Experience with CJ has been up and down. We had a lot of problems about the items because we do clothing business, still Dolly could help me a lot on the way which made things a lot easier. She works a lot do everything she can to help his clients. Do I recommend CJ yes and no but do I recommend Dolly yes absolutely.

CJ is really great. They have a lot of great products. Especially I fond of theirs support managers. My bestie is Sabrina Liu! She helped my with all issues and questions. Great service!

My experience with CJ has been mostly good. They respond fast and always answer any questions you may have. I really appreciate Chandy Chen, she responds very fast, is easy to understand and she always fixes any issue I encounter. However, the only downside to CJ is they can't seem to be able to source products that have brand logos on them, I guess it makes sense for copyright, but still it's kind of annoying having to find other sellers.

CJ is a great app. You just gotta find the right product and supplier. Customer service is great too! I have Kaycee, and the customer service team answers questions 24/7! Stocks can be a little frustrating at times if products are not available even though listed, and you can't know unless you contact support or order. But again, it's all about finding the right product.

Overall a positive experience. Sometimes there is a lag in processing & shipment of products. My agent, Doki Huang, is extremely helpful and quick to resolve issues or lend a helping hand. Good customer service.
