I entered a chat with Ken for an issue I need to resolve. He was very helpful and patient with me. He walked me through each step and gave me videos and pictures as a reference for me to follow. I am very satisfied with CJDropshipping's quick customer service. I will be recommending this to anyone who asks!!

CJ is great and Ashely Wu is awesome! CJ helps me pick my products, and Ashely Wu is there to support and help me whenever I come across a problem! 10/10 service!

My agent Fanny Wang has genuinely been amazing & overly helpful, she always responds within a timely manner and goes to great lengths to help me source products I am looking for. I have worked with other platforms but this has easily been the best one, especially working with Fanny she has been super supportive through my whole time working with her! Happy I will get to keep working with her truly an amazing agent:)

I'm just starting out my dropshipping business and there's still a lot for me to learn but fortunately CJ Dropshipping has excellent customer service that is very responsive. The agent that helped me is LEAH and she solved my order processing issue within couple of minutes.

Be careful!!!!! they literally ruined my business. Returns are really expensive and a headche. Its really stressful to contact a supplier directly and what they promote its literally NOT what they are selling. Im getting a lot of returns and complaints about shipping times also. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
