CJdropshipping and its app integrated to Shopify made life easy for me. From adding products, tracking inventory, syncing orders and shipment everything is simple and a smooth process and the best part is it’s completely free to use and more trustworthy as they are in the industry for many years. I was initially worried about shipment timelines but CJ’s shipping via cjpacket have delivered our orders to US, Canada, UK and France within 10 to 14 days from order date. The support is awesome with queries answered immediately and any updates to order like gift messages or VAT numbers are updated immediately upon request. The software they use is full of bugs and hard to use. They are out of stock and you only fnd out after you order. This has happened more then once. When they are out of stock they do not tell you right away and you may not know for days when you ask why the product has not shipped.

this app for order fulfilment is the best i have ever used! The cost of goods is extremely low and the customer service is impeccable especially Sini and Leah. The only reason i am giving it 4 stars is because the shipping + processing times are quite long (20 days ish) but still better than most other fulfilment company's.
