Thanks to July for helping me to navigate through the process of fulfilling the orders and effectively communicating with the suppliers. She has helped and supported me a lot. The best agent in CJ. If she wasn't my agent I definitely would not spend $18,000 fulfilling orders with CJ dropshipping. Thank you

I've been using CJ dropshipping for over 3 months now. Their customer service is excellent. I've been working with July Chan, one of their agents, and she is very straightforward, and responsive, and helps me with any questions I have when it comes to sourcing products and negotiating. I recommend to anyone looking to streamline their business!

I am writing this review specifically for our CJ agent Berry Gan. My fiance and I just started a new business and are new to CJ. Berry has been our agent since the beginning, and he is ALWAYS willing to help us with any questions we may have. We have been assisted by other agents, but Berry is literally the best agent for us. Many times we message Berry multiple times during the day, and he is always there with a positive attitude and patience willing to help us out. We are very lucky to have Berry as our CJ agent. We would give Berry Gan 1000 stars, but unfortunately, we can only give him 5. Thank you, Berry, for all you do!!!!

CJDropshipping is excellent. After uploading their products to my store. I started getting orders. The customer support is excellent. Ruth, Zoey Zheng and Suki provided me with excellent support and even arranged for fast processing of my store's orders. They offer friendly support and excellent guidance.
