I am very satisfied with the exchange and the responses I received from the service, especially from Box Chen. I am extremely pleased.

Took 7-days to tell me stock was not available, even though they marked it as fulfilled after 3 days and uploaded tracking number. Additionally the stock for the item, colour and size continued to show 6k available. This is unacceptable and had to apologise to customer. Not fast - very slow. Lost my trust and deleted all products and removed the app.

Awesome app, very easy to use interface and I like that fact that all my orders are well organized and I can search them up whenever I need to. Also the service is very good, my dedicated agent Nova is amazing, highly recommend this app

My experience has been great with cj, nice products, i can do custom packaging, import my packaging to cj warehouses including boxes and hang tags. And 'Camilia Zhu' thats the name of the support team member who helped me a lot, she is really nice and straight-forward to helping. i do recommend cj more than any other dropshipping app in shopify. !!!Let's do it!!!

The software they use is full of bugs and hard to use. They are out of stock and you only fnd out after you order. This has happened more then once. When they are out of stock they do not tell you right away and you may not know for days when you ask why the product has not shipped.
