I've been using the CJ Dropshipping app for some time now, and it has significantly streamlined my business operations. But what truly sets this platform apart is the exceptional customer service, particularly from my agent, Joean Gu. Joean has been an invaluable asset, consistently going above and beyond to assist with all of my requests. His professionalism and dedication are evident in every interaction. He not only responds promptly to my inquiries but also provides insightful suggestions that have greatly benefitted my business strategy. HIs kindness and patience make every conversation a pleasure, and her expertise in navigating the complexities of dropshipping is unparalleled. Joean's commitment to excellence is a shining example of the quality service CJ Dropshipping offers. I cannot recommend her and this app enough for anyone looking to enhance their dropshipping business.

I recently switched to CJ from my previous fulfillment agency, which was a great decision. CJ is pretty fast and reliable. The automated shipping saves me a lot of time. My agent Chloe Zhang is super helpful, she answered all my questions and helped me out with things promptly.

I have been working with July for a while now and it is fabulous and so uncomplicated. She reply’s really fast, goes the extra mile to make me and my customers satisfied. Unfortunately the mobile version of the app don’t have all the relevant functions like in the desktop version.

I'm just starting out but July (my assigned cs) has been very helpful in communicating between supplier and I. She's been very responsive when I request for help. Great customer service and thank you, I have chosen to use CJ because they have quality control and will not lose my parcel.

Very useful app for finding products and excellent fulfilment service as well. Shipping is reliable and customer service is great. I especially am thankful for the help Jolee Gong provides.
