I had a lot of questions regarding shipping and product packaging and the agent, Garrison Wong, was so very patient and helpful.

Dealing with agents like Billy have made my experience very pleasin with CJ, my previous agent was also amazing and went out of his way to give me the best prices and experience

this app for order fulfilment is the best i have ever used! The cost of goods is extremely low and the customer service is impeccable especially Sini and Leah. The only reason i am giving it 4 stars is because the shipping + processing times are quite long (20 days ish) but still better than most other fulfilment company's.
