This dropshipping site turned out to be a complete disappointment. Let's start with the quality of the products - it was subpar, not matching the descriptions. Many items arrived damaged, and getting a refund became a real headache. The delivery times were significantly longer than stated, rendering my business less efficient. The site also failed to provide adequate customer support. My inquiries about order statuses and refund issues went unanswered. The website interface is challenging to navigate, and product information is incredibly unclear. In the end, I not only lost time but also money. I strongly advise avoiding this site if you're serious about pursuing dropshipping and building a sustainable business.

Customer support is without a doubt 5 stars, very easy to work with CJ and deliveries are fast even though it is a warehouse far from the country where we are, so in short, everything is 5 stars

I´m working for a while now with the Platform and I have to say that if I have any Questions, the Agents, especially Karen Jiang are Helping out alot. The Platform by it self is also very atractive and very useful :D

I just want to say WOW! i have been dropshipping more than 3 years now and by far the best supplier to use for branded dropshipping is CJDROPSHIPPING! i have used other platforms like zendrop etc but cj always has better prices and i would like to say the main reason why i love working with cjdropshipping for my brands is the agents they assign for you! i have been assigned a TOP agent her name is CAMILIA ZHU - AND BY FAR has been the best agent ive ever communicated with! english communication is top class! she helps me out in every way possible - and as you many know soo many obstacles come by in any brand and she has always had my back ! The Customer support, esp. Ms.Niky was very prompt and understanding in solving my issues quickly. I like the idea of CJ being the only dropshipper I need to deal with, instead of the overwhelming task and risk of manually selecting best suppliers on Aliexpress myself one by one, without having any way to know who are really trustworthy! This is what I had been looking for since the 2yrs of my store's creation. And now finally I can feel at peace with a sense of security in my dropshipping business! Thankyou CJ!
