In my case Kris helps me with all the questions I have and reaches out to me if there are any troubles with the backend. They even help you source the products pretty quickly. Great Service! Absolutely brilliant service by CJ. Yes there are little issues here and there, just like anywhere in life, but it is well managed and communicated. Orders are precise and very fast, plus the more orders you have the better they will take care of you. Our agent (Kris Zeng) is just amazing as well, she is taking great care of us, making sure our experience is top rated. Any issues she sorts it out for us. Overall very satisfied and 100% recommend.

I have worked with many similar platforms formy online store, but none of them met myexpectations. I always encountered someproblems. either it took too long to preparethe order, or it took a very long time torespond from the representative, and manyother problems, which negatively affected mybusiness and reputation. And only CJDropshipping fully met my expectations.Theprogram has huge functionality; you can alsoorder a private label and even personal photoand video content. Agents respond instantly.My agent Chandy Chen always helps with anyquestion very quickly, I really enjoy workingwith her! The only drawback of the platform ispoor filtering and product search. Ofteneverything is mixed up, and it is difficult tofind what you are looking for. The productdescription is also not always complete andaccurate. But you can always ask the agent aquestion, so it's not critical, although it wouldbe nice if they worked it out.

Looks like very poor app. Its free to install and use but thats only 1 profit. I tried to conneckt my store, I had account on CJ for few months now, and when tried "log in" it just says " sorry, you are not logged in". Lol. Also their terms of use are a bit weird. No responsability for almost nothing. You got scammed via their platfor or similar looking site? - your problem. Bad quality of produckt / fail in manufacture - your problem. Produckts description: material - cloth. What the H is "CLOTH" lol.

CJdropshipping support is good and fast response. While AliExpress cannot ship products to India, CJdropshipping can ship it to India. CJdropshipping can also provide warehouse services around the world. We have tried many platforms (e.g. Wiio, HyperSKU which are very bad services) and only CJdropshipping can meet our expectation. We thank CJdropshipping so much that for their honest, reliable and professional services.
