Extremely disappointed with their lack of responsibility for undelivered orders, several problems at this level and no action taken even though I have been working with them for 3 years. My old agent was good, recently the service has deteriorated. Private inventory products disappear after about a year, on the grounds that they are "liquidated" without us even being reimbursed, not serious at all...

CJ provides a great fulfilment service, very reliable and fast shipping. Customer service is also so really amazing as you get your own agent to help with everything. I am very please and happy with the care and attention that we have received. The system is also very easy to navigate and use, and we have used other 3PL's and fulfilment services and this is by far the best.

CJdropshipping is the perfect all in one app for getting started with dropshipping and it's crazy that it is free to install on your Shopify store. Being able to import products from Ali Express and automatically sync orders to my store makes everything super easy. The best part has definitely been my personal agent Skye though, SHE IS THE BEST!! She has been so helpful and enjoyable to work with! She is always quick to respond and ready to help with any question or problems that I've encountered with my store. She's the best!! And CJ in general is awesome too!

CJ has been amazing to work with as a new dropshipper. Not only do they have a ginormous selection of products to quickly and easily add to your store, their customer service is super helpful and always available. Creda Li has been a dedicated resource that is absolutely delightful to work with. Always happy to answer all my questions and random musings. 6 out of 5 rating.

The platform is easy to use and offers a great range of products, making it simple to manage my orders and inventory.
