I can't speak highly enough of my experience with CJ Dropshipping, and I have Bellica to thank for a large part of that! The customer service provided by Bellica is exceptional. Whenever I have questions or concerns, Bellica is there with lightning-fast responses and always manages to find the perfect solution. CJ dropshipping is great! They have a wide range of products to choose from. It’s easy to upload them to my store and their communication and customer service skills are incredible really like my helper Zoey and I would definitely use CJ if you’re thinking about it.

*UPDATE* Here is a respond i got from customer support: "We are very sorry that we received your negative review. We take this issue very seriously and realize that it has caused you inconvenience. We will strive to become better and bring a pleasant experience to more people. If possible, I hope you can remove the negative review, as it is very meaningful to us. We really hope you can consider removing the negative review. Of course, we really value the negative review you wrote. If you can remove the negative review, I will try to help you apply for two $5 coupons. I apologize again." Make me question the other 5 Stars reviews this provider have. *Original review* If you want to ruined your business then deal with CJ dropshipping. They issue the fake tracking details but never ship the orders. Customer gets the email with fake tracking numbers. My orders are waiting in processing for last 10 days and they are making excuses everyday, asking me to wait for few more days. Their claims of shipping in 3-5 days are joke. Literally a SCAM platform, use it just for research purposes.

Roxane helped us so many times, such as finding more detail about products, negotiating with suppliers, she's amazing. The app itself is super easy to use. A little confusing at first but once you know what you're doing it's a piece of cake. Roxane recently helped us again by solving an issue we thought we had with a customer who thought she received the wrong product. Roxane went out of her way to show us the security footage that everything at CJ is going smoothly, and her order was packed and sent out correctly, and it hadn't arrived yet. Roxane has been the best agent since the very beginning.
