I have to say that Alan helped me completely, quickly and efficiently, even though I'm a beginner and I didn't understand some things right away, because I was dealing with them for the first time! So 5 stars for Alan!

They say much faster. But it is much slow. I am writing this after 13th days and they still could not deliver my order yet. My customer is behind me for the order. They don't have control over the logistic, no tracking update after one week also. Even customer care on chat never provide me a proper detail on it nor my private agent Gina Ge who never answered my queries nor she never tried to connect with me. Each and every day new agents reply on whatsapp. I am not at all satisfied with their service. It's not at all suitable for India. Don't go with this guys. It's a trap. My orders are struck after one update that is "Shipment handed over for line haul/ delivery" and no further update. They provided local courier contact details, mobile is switched off, landline no answer, e-mail no response. This is there value to customers. Never recommended.

I have not started selling yet but so far the support Lea Zhang is giving me is great. Also, the fact that you can ask the support at any time of the day makes it very easy to work whenever you want to without having to wait for hours until you get a response. Unfortunately shipping prices are a bit high and the processing time is quite long but I guess that's the price you have to pay to have this big variety of products available.

This is the first time I have written a review for CJs but the service I received from Aoki Gong was exceptional! I have been trying for almost a year to get my products connected with some other issues. I got an order from Shopify and it wasn't connecting. I decided to gamble again with cust support, they had only given me additional frustration before. Tonight I was lucky to get Aoki, who helped me. She was extremely helpful. She not only connected the product that was sold but the rest of my products as wel!!! For once, someone didn't just throw a link or a screenshot at me but did exactly as the term means, she supported her customer. Aoki needs to be the model when they are training new people. Thanks so much Aoki!!

Connie Jin, Shinco Zhao & Leah Cheng has been most helpful. They always will keep up with my shipments, large or small. I don't have to wait for an answer for my questions. As long has they are on the job things will get done right! My store FLIPSTYLEZLLC will get many orders this season. I appreciate the help.

This app has been a great asset to my store. There is much variety in products available. What made the process of using the services offered through the app distinctive is the personal attention provided from the staff. Tab Zhao has truly been essential in making the process as easy as possible by being proactive and ensuring I remain informed on app usage, product integration and fulfillment.
