I’ve found that their support is top shelf. An agent named Miya Huang helped me with some technical setup connecting my Shopify store products to the proper sku numbers within the CJ Droshipping ap. She went out of her way to walk me through everything step by step and made it easy for someone like myself that’s not the most tech savvy. The support she provided made this ap stand out. I have some good experience with my CJ manager Rebecca, quick reaction time and clear instructions. The website reloads a little slow and is a little bit overwhelming at the beginning. But with the help of Rebecca my CJ manager I figured it out.
