It was daunting at first, with new platform. But agent literally held my hand through the process. Very resposive, Great service, very friendly. Unexpectedly great prices, really made a difference between loss and profit, tried 4 different suppliers for a sinlge product, CJ gave the best price and faster processing, which led to less inquiries from customers. Saved money & time.

I am a budding entrepreneur like so many others and came across CJ Dropshipping at the recommendation of a friend. I have not been disappointed! It can be a bit intimidating starting out. Finding just the right product that you would like to offer your customers is the easy part. But, better than that is the customer service I have received thus far. The questions I have had about the orders fulfillment process and whether certain items were still in stock were immediately answered from half a world away! I am looking forward to continuing business relations with CJ DropShipping. My experience so far has been great and don't see that changing anytime soon! Sehr schneller Kundenservice, der bemüht ist zu helfen. Manchmal stört, das man nicht genau weiß mit wem man gerade kommuniziert und man muss sich wiederholen. Klappt dennoch sehr gut!
