I'm just starting out but July (my assigned cs) has been very helpful in communicating between supplier and I. She's been very responsive when I request for help. Great customer service and thank you, I have chosen to use CJ because they have quality control and will not lose my parcel.

Had some questions about an order. Kaycee Chen sorted this out for me. She spoke to the supplier despite it being late in China to make sure my order would be shipped asap. Excellent service from Kaycee! :)

This dropshipping site turned out to be a complete disappointment. Let's start with the quality of the products - it was subpar, not matching the descriptions. Many items arrived damaged, and getting a refund became a real headache. The delivery times were significantly longer than stated, rendering my business less efficient. The site also failed to provide adequate customer support. My inquiries about order statuses and refund issues went unanswered. The website interface is challenging to navigate, and product information is incredibly unclear. In the end, I not only lost time but also money. I strongly advise avoiding this site if you're serious about pursuing dropshipping and building a sustainable business.

Customer support is without a doubt 5 stars, very easy to work with CJ and deliveries are fast even though it is a warehouse far from the country where we are, so in short, everything is 5 stars
