CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Excellent support for store owners! As a new business, I really appreciate the fast and efficient help in my quest to become successful. kribee Huang and Gina were both helpful everytime i asked !

CJdropshipping has become a part of my everyday life now that I use it for my business. I've had many special requests along the way and my agent Linnea Pan handles everything well. Because of that I plan on expanding my business through CJ and I hope to have many many successful years thanks to this platform :)

There are always issues with the items being out of stock. From 6 samples that I ordered, 3 were out of stock. Then you need to go back and forth with them to get a refund, which also negatively affects the dispatch date of the items that are actually in stock. I would not recommend it.

I am very pleased with the services I receive from CJ regarding the product catalog. I highly recommend Fanny as an excellent customer care agent. She is highly professional and promptly resolves any product issues, providing quick solutions. I highly recommend CJdropshipping, and if you encounter any issues, please contact Fanny for exceptional service.

It's an amazing all-in-one free dropshipping app. They do everything for you, from sourcing products you can't find to private inventory and shipping. My agent, Bring, is the BEST AGENT! He is very kind and professional. He answers any questions quickly and with detail, so if you get Bring as your agent, then you are lucky, as you are in good hands :). It's an amazing dropshipping app, and Bring is THE BEST!

Got wonderful help from Skye! Was able to sort out my order issue very quickly. I've only worked with CJ a few months now but the service continues to be excellent. Edit: Continued support has been great from my agent Skye who has been able to help me with several orders when customers want to make changes or an order needs to be otherwise updated.

It was the first order on my Shopify store that I was trying to fulfill through CJ. I was lucky that my online agent was Arlene Nong, who was able to resolve the issue in no time. On the other hand, CJ appointed Chandy Chen as my personal agent, and she also has excellent skills and helped me efficiently through my other orders. Both have excellent communication skills and are fully knowledgeable, not only in CJ but also in Shopify settings also. With their patience and help I was able to fulfill the first couple of orders. My settings through Shopify and CJ were not proper and the orders couldn't be fulfilled. So both guided me through both platforms and got all issues sorted!
