Although there are sometimes some problems with the platform or the orders, the assistance is always present and efficient. Paulo Huang has been assisting me for some time now, and he responds cordially, quickly and effectively to all my requests for information. Thank you very much.

Zeki has recently been my new agent. He is always able to find a quick and effective solution to any problem. I appreciate that he is not responding with scripted responses and will always try to understand what the issue is and how to assist. He is very knowledgeable agent I know he is the one you can turn to when you need something done, and I hope to continue working with him for a while to come.

It checks all the boxes for me, Dropship, wholesale and US warehouse. Customer Service is excellent. You'll get a representative assigned to you. So far the communication with my agent is been Awesome. I've had a great experience with the app. My agent Ceci and customer service support AdaQiu, Cristina, and most recently Karen Jiang have all been great.

I wish I could start this off with the screenshot I took. I had a rep tell me there was no site to leave a review on. Lucky me I found one. Although I appreciate the cheap products for my customers you get what you pay for. Or I don't get it, I should say. I was given a refund (only through there wallet) not a refund to my actual account, for a product that I was told was in stock for a customer, just to be told 3 weeks later it is gone and my customer's second product, that I paid extra on to get it rushed, still after three weeks was never shipped. Getting the refund back is fine, but they put it in Their wallet not back in my account, and then made me pay extra to get my own money back!!! Trash I'm sorry. I know it's not the reps, it's the company. Just be cautious. This is another way for them to pay there people, skimming off the top of everyone's orders. Making you pay extra by saying they had to source the product somewhere else, just to later say the product is gone, and still keep your money. And keep your priority shipment money just to still send ONE product LATE TO THE PAYING CUSTOMERS. My customer still HAS NOT received her product. It is now Dec 2 and she ordered them Nov 13 2022. SMH

Nice and best-customized services for vendors. Reply on a timely basis. They are recommended for dropshipping. My customer representative executives are also very cooperative, especially Tommy, Arina, John, and Hector.

My CJ agent, Lori, is amazing. Goes above and beyond for us and has supported is throughout the challenges of the year. CJ are also quick on their feet. When we exceeded the orders per month with our current supplier, they went and found a new one and checked the quality of the products without us having to ask, so that we could keep selling without any stock issues.

I've been trying out the CJ dropshipping platform for a week and it has just been absolutely appalling. I've been sending queries via the Chatroom, the Live Chat and email but my queries haven't been answered or resolve. I ran a test order through because I was tired of chasing for answers and was going to run the test on my own to find out how the dropshipping process would work. The order has been sitting in the CJ system and the transaction cannot be finalised due to their system error. It's been absolutely frustrating. I am so glad I haven't transitioned my store over to the CJ platform as this would have ruined my business. I caution other business users to test out the process for yourself before proceeding. My experience has been nothing but unsatisfactory from the go.

I Have been using the platform for around 9 months .. for kids clothings. well what i found is the following : 1- 50% of the items available on the website and the stock mentioned are totally wrong, once your client makes a purchase after 5-7 days you might received an email that the item is not available so basically you will lose your customer trust .. and some items 7 days after the order !!! 2- Shipping prices is the same issue ... once you pay your shipping fee 50% of the items you will receive an email that your order on hold until you pay the shipping difference! which will be added cost + shipment delay, we are talking +4-5 days extra delay if this happened ..so basically you are taking about 14 days until the item is shipped from the warehouse to the shipping company .. then the shipping days is calculated like 6-12 days + 14 days sourcing, payment, delay .. extra which will lead you to this 90% of your orders will be returned cuz it didn't come on time and the delay, and the extra cost on you ... most of the services are promised are just on paper .. photography .. custom packing, extra .. its there in the website but you will either get no reply or sorry we cant do it at the moment .. ! my custom packing ticket is open for 4 months now and still pending .. and most of the reviews here that mention a person's name its like they will ask you to please write a review and mention my name extra .. cj can be useful if you order your private inventory, and use a private shipping agent .. but that's not dropshipping
