It was the first order on my Shopify store that I was trying to fulfill through CJ. I was lucky that my online agent was Arlene Nong, who was able to resolve the issue in no time. On the other hand, CJ appointed Chandy Chen as my personal agent, and she also has excellent skills and helped me efficiently through my other orders. Both have excellent communication skills and are fully knowledgeable, not only in CJ but also in Shopify settings also. With their patience and help I was able to fulfill the first couple of orders. My settings through Shopify and CJ were not proper and the orders couldn't be fulfilled. So both guided me through both platforms and got all issues sorted!

I am very satisfied with CJ's customer service. I used to work with another company and I always had to wait a long time before I got an answer. Especially Suki Huang, helped me with several questions and was able to answer immediately and everything was very clear.
