CustomCat: Print on Demand

I have several apps in my store. I never bother to read the user guide for any of them. They are intuitive and designed with ease of use in mind. This app has a terrible UI. I tried a dozen times to get my logo file uploaded. it meets all the file criteria they have in their FAQ. Once i finally got it to load and show up. It disappeared. I dont have time to mess with an app that is buggy and poorly designed. Its a shame, I really liked their products and would have sold them if the app wasn't a POS.

The app is very poorly designed and not intuitive at all. I also did not realize that this is the same company as MyLocker. I've ordered multiple samples from them through Printify and the quality was terrible. They were the worst prints I've ever received.

The fulfillment POD app I used over 3 years and it's upgraded to be better day by day with support team also great and cases has been solved quickly. Vote 5 stars for trust and stability!

I would have to say the team at Customcat have proven themselves committed to me as a customer and their product. They are very easy to work with and contact by phone if you have questions or need product development guidance. The production turnaround time is fast which is very important in my line of work. CustomCat is one the best print on demand company out there. I have being using them fulfil my faith based apparel products for years. I love their customer service especially Mr. mike who goes extra mile to help you out. Their app is user friendly. They have variety of product to pick from compare to other print on demand company. Their printing quality is great, and no complain from my customers.

Great customer service with a nice selection. Navigating the app gets easier after a few uses. Quality of everything has been good so far. Fulfillment and shipping times haven't been bad. I have an order that has been in production for 4 days right now which is unusual but hopefully it ships tomorrow. Im confident customer would be extremely helpful again if I was to reach out. They have been fantastic.

WORST POD EVER. Don’t be charmed by their low prices. They are cheap but they worked cheap as well. Embroidery: so technically limited and optimized to reflect their price positionning that they ALTERATE your designs in the worst way with no respect to the creation. Direct to garnement: don’t care at all of proportions and when pointing their lack of quality, hiding behind their guidelines and that your files are wrong! Telling the issue may come that you upload vectors..but their guidelines allows vectors...ok. I bought more than 300 dollars of samples before (plus the custom fees to pay) and even with that I had 5 orders and 3 of them have been a total failure. Make yourself the best gift of all: RUN AWAY FROM THEM.

i called today wanting to purchase a sample of one of my products and I was instantly greeted by a great, friendly and genuine guy named Brett. I had so many questions on how things worked and not one time did I feel rushed or unwelcomed to ask away. He was patient, gave great direction and we shared a few laughs in between. I feel more educated on the process and happy to get to know a little better about the company that I am trusting to make my products shine. We agreed that it's a give and give business situation. If you give them (they are easy requirements) artwork, they will give you a great product in return. I highly recommend this company- Les

I had some problems because I got confused with the whole thing but the customer service people were there every time I had an issue. Even the "stupid" questions I asked they treated me so kindly. If you are looking for a print on demand company with people who are there - and always quick with a response - for you then Custom Cat is the one you want.
