CustomCat is certainly my favourite when it comes to embroidery. The quality and delivery is amazing. My clients loves the product so much! Really to go to supplier!

Custom Cat is simply amazing. I have been using their app for over a year and absolutely love it. I had a customer that placed an order for 150 mugs and Custom Cat did an amazing job. The print quality is great and the turnaround time is amazing. Within 3 days of my order all 150 mugs shipped out and I had a tracking #. I have used about 4 other print on demand companies via Shopify and all of them had print quality issues except for Custom Cat. Cannot say enough about them and their customer service is superb!

I received my first order and still haven't been able to fulfill my order for a week. My order does not show up in the app and the company has not helped me fulfill the order. Would not recommend. Will be looking for another Print On Demand App.
Hi. I am sorry your expectations were not met. Although I must say that both of your orders were fulfilled in 3 business days. This is very good and we stand by this. This review is misleading and simply not true.

First time using CustomCat and I am thrilled with the customer service I received from Brett. He was very professional and answered my questions perfectly. I still have some work to do before launching, but knowing the CC team is here for me which makes this new adventure for me much less daunting.

Every design was off centered, crooked, and iron marks on the t-shirts. Horrible. Looking 4 new app.
Hi. I am sorry your only 2 orders were off center. We refunded you for this as this was not intended. This is a very rare situation and this affects less than 1% of orders. I did notice that you set the positioning of the design to a custom position. This can sometimes lead to prints being in an area that is not intended. If you leave the design alone and allow the system to set the design in the full front preset, you will yield more consistent results.

I hate writing reviews. but I must. I just ordered 3 hoodies as test samples for my children. I didn't like the way the designs were printed. It looks fuzzy. Too bad because I was excited to use a company from my home town. I'm waiting on another shirt ordered to see how it would turn out. I will be uninstalling the app if this shirt doesn't work out. Update: I was happy to work with Brett who has agreed to replace on of my sweatshirts and suggested specific products that could better suit my store and printing. I am thrilled with the great customer service and look forward to working with the company to create the best products.

I just called customer service to ask a question about my 1st purchase on my Shopify store (yah). He explained everything clearly and showed me how the check the status of on order inside the Customcat app, and I was able to see my order, the tracking number, the base cost, and the shipping fees. I am very happy I decided to go with Customcat than one of those "other" fulfillment partners

I downloaded the Customcat app to my shopify store, once my account was set up and activated I had some issues with getting to the design and product catalog pages. I gave customer service a call and the phone was answered right away by Brett one of the customer service agents. I was shocked the call was answered in two rings. Brett was great, helped fix the issue and gave me a lot of great advice on how to use their service. I will be selling various items using Customcat fulfillment. Great job so far! I cannot stress how easy, intuitive and creative CustomCat is. The customer service is spot on, professional and very helpful. They walked me through every step I needed to know to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Very good company highly recommended! Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

CustomCat’s customer service was great today. I'd called with an art design issue and overall navigation difficulty (due to my own ineptness ^_^). Brett answered the phone right away and patiently helped me move through the app. I emailed my art design issue to him and he was able to figure out the problem relatively quickly. Great, friendly, responsive customer service overall! I will most likely have to call again at some point, but I know that someone will be there to support me all the way through!! :)

These folks do an amazing job! The product quality is great and the delivery time was fast. I've also spoken to customer service and they are wonderful! Very helpful! Thanks for such great service.
