Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist

We've been using Froonze for a while now and the experience has been just amazing! Their team is very professional. When we have questions or additional requests, they listen carefully, try to analyze the problem from different angles and then provide a very good solution. We've used a lot of apps in our store, but never experienced such great customer support! Wishing all the best to the Froonze team!

Froonze team always exceeds our expectations! We’ve sent them a few requests, and not only do they resolve them, but they also provide additional advice and even pinpoint issues in our shop that aren’t directly related to their app. They really care. There is also no back-and-forth between multiple tiers of support. All of their team members are capable of solving technical issues which makes their support very fast. On the technical side, we haven't experienced any significant issues - just minor styling mismatches between our theme and their widgets, which they solved very fast. The pricing is simply unmatched! We get so much different functionality in one app and each piece is priced very fairly. I hope you guys add even more functionality in the future - product reviews would be an amazing addition!

We just started using the app and we are very impressed. It is great that the rewards and wishlist functionality is in the same app and the customisation and translation options are more than adequate. The other really nice feature is the store credit reward option instead is the traditional points based reward system. So far so good and well worth trying out if your interested.

So far, I am really enjoying this app. The app has a lot of depth when it comes to customer engagement and loyalty features, and works with Shopify natively for most of its features. Plus support is really quick to help as well!

I currently use the Froonze plugin across five stores, and this is my sixth. The Froonze team's technical support is exceptionally responsive. Every piece of feedback I've provided and every feature enhancement I've requested has been meticulously documented and implemented here. I hope Froonze will develop a more robust membership system in the future, enabling us to achieve greater capabilities in member management and maintenance. When that happens, we may have even closer collaboration. Special thanks to Mohamed and Max—they consistently tackle my issues with patience, develop new features for me, and connect me with other plugin partners. Their support has been invaluable.

I really liked everything about this app. I use both the wishlist feature & also the loyalty (tried both points & store credits) & these works just fine. I love the ability that I can make admin touches to these attributes. Also, it was very important for me to be able to localize the UI; I can do it just fine. SO many customization options & very personal customer care. Thanks!

We switched to Froonze to consolidate our Wishlist and Loyalty programs into a single app, and it’s been a game changer for our site performance. The integration with OS 2.0 is seamless. A massive shout-out to Alexandru from the support team! He is incredibly responsive and proactive.It’s rare to find support that cares this much about your overall success. Highly recommended!

I use froonze since we started with shopify, nearing 2 years now. The Support is superb! Super friendly, super fast and the app is great! We used the Customer Account Widget and the Loyalty Programm but since switched to the new customer accounts. I just installed the Loyalty Programm Widget in the New Customer Accounts and it was so intuitive and easy. Absolute no brainer! Love the App and the Team!

We’ve had a great experience with Froonze. Their support is quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. I reached out with a few questions about how the app looked on our boutique’s site, and they went above and beyond to customize the wishlist hearts exactly how I wanted them. I've tried multiple customer account apps and loyalty apps but none them is as intuitive and easy to use as Frooze, not to mention that most of them are not one integral app but two, which is annoying when you want to centralize all customer data. Customer service is also impeccable. Big shoutout to Mohamed, who has been a gem answering my questions patiently and catering all my special requests!
