Amazing app and outstanding customer support! Alexandru and Mohamed were incredibly helpful — they completely redesigned the layout to match my website perfectly. They also implemented the new features I requested very quickly and even created a new dashboard for the “New Customer Dashboard” provided by Shopify. I’ve tried other apps like Custlo, which offers more options than Froonze, but their support was extremely slow and unwilling to solve the issues I faced. With Froonze, it’s the opposite....their team responds within a few hours, listens carefully, and actually delivers results. If you’re considering Froonze, go for it and you won’t regret it! Truly an amazing app with a fantastic, responsive team. Highly recommend !

First of all, I should note that there is no other Shopify app that combines both a dashboard and a wishlist. In fact, aside from this one, there are probably only one or two dashboard apps available at all. Performance and Evaluation Although I had no special requests, I discovered that there are many structural issues that need fixing. Initially, I assumed most of them were theme-related, but it turned out they were actually tied to the application itself. For example, within the dashboard panel, some pages cause scroll jumps when loading. As for the wishlist, there are several points worth mentioning, but I will keep it brief: After the initial installation, wishlist icons did not appear in many product groups, which I first thought was due to the theme. If your website uses an AJAX-based structure for loading, the wishlist icons do not show up on the first load. Inside the wishlist panel, five text fields are global, meaning the app’s translation feature cannot translate them. They need to be handled manually. During the transfer from wishlist to cart, there was a hidden overlay on the buttons within the popup panel, which I also had to remove manually. Throughout this process, the Froonze team was very helpful. They supported me effectively via email and assisted in resolving the issues. Missing Features When a wishlist is shared, the opened list cannot be saved. If the wishlist panel is open, adding a product to the cart does not update the cart. There is no way to access information on which user added which products and in what quantities to their wishlist. Currently, there is no API available to retrieve wishlist data. Is it worth the price? Despite these shortcomings, my answer is yes—because Shopify does not have its own dashboard system, and this app is the only one that combines both dashboard and wishlist functionality.

I moved from an old wishlist program that stopped working for a while before I realized it. I was so happy to find Froonze Wishlist. There are several apps like this however this is by far the #1 built-for-shopify Wishlist & Loyalty app based on the value for everything you get, others don’t even come close. The best part about going with Froonze is that you can email Alexandru who is a developer and willing to fully customize the features to your store, so you don’t need to worry about your theme, he will edit your code and make it work, and he is SHARP and does a PERFECT JOB. If you don’t want to risk ruining your store and want to be truly confident in a wishlist & loyalty solution then this is IT. Also the pricing is very flexible and fair compared to others…not sure how else to explain it other than it’s the perfect app with the perfect developer behind it. Thanks Froonze

Just installed this app and its already feels like its a native built in function in my store. Pretty much customizable to every single bit including appearance and positioning. Just started using Froonze and really impressed so far — it’s a clean, affordable alternative to the bigger loyalty/account apps and does almost everything I need. The only thing missing for me is the ability to offer physical gifts (like stickers, prints, or small items) as rewards, not just discounts. That would make the program feel way more exciting and on-brand. If that gets added, it’ll be pretty much perfect. Adding a smaller free gift as a reward could really help push for that second customer order so I would love if you could add this feature!
