Amazing app! I have been using it for around 2 years and hands off the best app on the market. It's very affordable, they have a super fair pricing for an amazing support. You won't find this kind of features, perfect integration with your theme, amazing modern design for this price with such an amazing and fast support. Can highly recommend it! They offer Wishlist with Faceboox pixel, amazing customer account, for a great price, for which other apps ask hundreds of dollers. Especially with Max I had an amazing experience. He solved perfectly all of my questions, is always kind. Thank you and happy to be on board with you!

I have been looking for a Loyalty app that is priced reasonably and offers great functionality. For $10 I now have a great user friendly VIP and Loyalty program to offer my customers. The support from Max and his team has been great. Really worth looking at ! Thanks guys.

5 Star for the customer service, We have only just gone live so cannot really comment on the app long term, although initial reports are good. The VIP system and ability to assign store credit is a much nicer way of operating vs using points and coupons.

100% worth it! Not only is the app easy to set up and gives you plenty of customizable features - the customer service is amazing! I had an issue with how the wishlist button was showing on my new upgraded theme, they customized it exactly as I needed within 24 hours. The wishlist and loyalty options are amazing & easy to use, my customers are loving it!

This is a wonderfull app. My customer account page is beatultiful, and it took me no time nor effort to enable it. Recently, I needed a customization in this page that was not possible to enable in their interface. Then, I asked for support and I had my demand solved in the same day, again with no effort from my side. I'm really happy with that.

This a great app with many customization options to create a loyalty program that fits your needs. I sell both services and products (art and jewelry), so I like that I can set up different rules based on collections, this relates to point redemption. I don't believe it works this way for earning points yet. I also chose Froonze because it will easily grow with my store. If you do happen to need assistance, they will also go above and beyond to help you.

The loyalty program is easy to adjust and tweak to your liking, the wishlist feature ensures that visitors can save their wanted items and the app provides a good user experience. This is combination with the good customer service makes this app an excellent choice for anyone.

Froonze has significantly improved my store experience. I installed it to offer a more professional customer account and was amazed by everything it offers. What my customers value most is the loyalty program integration with the wishlist - they can now save products, view their points, and redeem rewards directly from their profile. Everything is centralized, well-organized, and works without errors. It's technically very solid: it doesn't affect the theme, doesn't slow down the store, and is 100% customizable. The support is also excellent; they helped me with the setup and integration. I highly recommend Froonze if you're looking to offer a more complete, modern, and smoother account experience to your customers.

I use the app for wishlist facility on my new store and I can say that it simply does what it has to without any hassle. It needs some customization which is very easy to do through the settings section. And if that is not enough for you, you can go beyond through the CSS editor or ask for help to the support team. They are always available, open for suggestions and give great support.
