Super deceptive pricing. The pricing you see is just a "base" cost. When you log in to set it up, each additional piece cost extra per month. That was not clear when I looked at the initial pricing options.
Thank you for the review and sorry for the bad experience. We mention in the pricing cards that plugin prices are not included. The space in the app store is very limited and we cannot make it clear enough. Most customers like our pricing model - `pay for what you use`. We made it that way NOT to "deceive" our clients, but to help them. Not everyone needs all the features, so we made our pricing flexible so that it can satisfy everybody's needs. You mentioned that you need to pay for "each additional piece". Each additional piece in the context of our app is not some tiny feature, but a big plugin comparable to standalone apps, such as Wishlist or Loyalty. So, putting them all in one base plan just does not make sense. Our base plan includes a lot of useful features, such as the customer account widget, custom pages and links, reorder button, password management, improved order history, and more. If you have any suggestion on how to improve this please let us know. We are more than happy to improve our app.

This app is worth all the money! - The app is very multifunctional, has a very good store performance and the support (special thanks to Max) is great. The great thing about it is that you can offer the user a really user-friendly and, above all, clear customer account. Whether it's the loyalty program, wish list, address management or order overview - just to name a few features. Everything works perfectly. It's clear to me that individual tools are associated with a surcharge and the bottom line is that you save a lot because you no longer need other apps. ... and: the app is constantly being developed further! A clear recommendation from us!

This has been the most positive experience working with their support team. I have worked with many support teams in the past and its always a struggle. Froonze has a top notch team willing to help when ever needed. We have moved from a very expensive rewards program to Froonze because of the cleanness and simpleness of the program. We now pay 1/4 of our cost before plus the the customer account page is super friendly for our customers to navigate. ( this is very important) not to mentions their wishlist and all the other sections they offer which will save you $$$ in app fees. Remember Loyalty Programs need to be easy for the customers to use and theirs really is. Seriously you must try them out. I promise you will not be disappointed and your customers will love it.

The app has a customizable customer portal which helps us retain our customers. The functions are straightforward, they are all in point systems mostly but also offer flexible loyalty programs. We only availed the loyalty program plug-in for now. The tech team also did an amazing job assisting us in modifying the portal and answering our queries.
