The Froonze Loyalty & Wishlist app is an essential tool for us, providing core functionality for our websites. We manage a portfolio of sites that require customer accounts with advanced features. This app allows us to define additional customer metafields and display them across various pages seamlessly. This app has allowed us to customise our user experience and setup the customer account page with features and links relevant to our customers. It is very user friendly and has been invaluable for creating a smooth customer journey. The customer support has also been excellent, we needed some code editing to allow the Custom Forms we created to sync with our Shopify Theme, we received a response and full solution, with completed functionality in less than 24 hours.

This app offers a very complete customer panel, where you can include different links so that the client can have everything together in their control panel (affiliate program, rewards program, orders, wishlist, etc.). In addition, the development guys are super friendly and professional. Alexandru responded quickly to a custom configuration that we had requested in the panel. Communication with the support team has been fluid and 100% effective.

We required a structured customer account for our website and this app has all of the features we needed. The wishlist and social account login add on is a plus. We are yet to explore various other features and integrations the app offers. The customer support was also good and resolved the issues we were facing promptly.

Really the best app out there for a great customer portal with lots of features and integrations, and AMAZING customer service - to say the least.
