The app has a customizable customer portal which helps us retain our customers. The functions are straightforward, they are all in point systems mostly but also offer flexible loyalty programs. We only availed the loyalty program plug-in for now. The tech team also did an amazing job assisting us in modifying the portal and answering our queries.

Great app and fits perfectly with how I imagined the membership page should be, and the service is just fantastic, timely and friendly. Super recommended!

So far I am really liking the app. It has a lot of potential to make the user experience excellent. The customization capacity is quite high, although it is true that it will be charged separately for each integration and you may end up adding many integrations and the price will go up. The support team is super attentive and willing to help at all times. Looking forward to implementing new things.

This app is a wonderful addition to our store, tranforming the simple Shopify account page into a very nice customized portal. Our customers can find everything they need (their orders - including tracking and downloads -, whishlists, loyalty program, etc.) in the same page. The customer support is wonderful and answered all our questions immediately. They also helped us with the setup, which is great. I definitely recommend this app, as it can improve any store in many ways, and for a very reasonable price.

I’ve used computers since mainframes in 1970. So to say I’ve experienced a few apps is an understatement. But I’d give this one 10-stars if it were allowed. Extremely well written -fast and not bloated. There’s a tiny learning curve to learn your way around the settings, but once that’s done it’s a piece of cake to modify, update, change settings, etc. And support? It just doesn’t get any better than this! If all apps were this well written and supported, our lives would be a LOT easier! UPDATE: I just HAD to update my review when I gained experience with the “Custom Forms.” This functionality is a true game-changer. The ability to create custom registration, profile, and pages and custom fields within them to collect virtually any data you need is priceless. And the pricing overall is exceptionally fair - you pay only for those components you want at the levels you need.

Now our customer accounts page looks more professional and easy to use. We required few customizations and we thought it wont be possible but you guys managed to customize it as soon as i requested for it. Support is speedy and responsive. Would love to recommend to anyone looking for such an app.

The customer service is above and beyond, very timely and hands on. They also really know Shopify. I installed the app, and at the time time was having a totally unrelated problem on Shopify that was freaking me out. It came up in my customer service chat with these folks, and they had a ton of advice for how to solve it, even though it had nothing to do with their app. You can tell they are committed to the success of the app and want to solve any issues that come up as quickly as possible. It's a real pleasure to find real humans behind these tools!

Absolutely terrific app, and we couldn't be happier about both the support and end result that Customer Accounts Concierge has brought. The support team went above and beyond in answering all of our queries, and customization requests to make our accounts page both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It really does change the dynamic of our sites, and along with the many available interations, has the potential to transform the user experience on any site.
