I have a great fondness for this Loyalty Plugin, and I am truly impressed by the clarity and informativeness of the Loyalty section on the customer account storefront, despite its beta version status. The process of earning and redeeming loyalty points is incredibly user-friendly, providing customers with a seamless experience. Additionally, the plugin does an excellent job of keeping customers well-informed about their activities within the loyalty program.

What a great app for customer account portal. They have all the features I need, with multiple apps in one. And they charge you based on what feature you want in the ala carte style which I really like. The developer even implemented some customized feature for me. Highly recommend !

Great so far for improving my customer account page set up! for an affordable price for small businesses like my own, I'm loving the app thus far. I would love for there to be more development on the add-on features as I love how it's all in one. A bit more customisation and dev on features such as wishlist and especially the customer loyalty program will go a long way. thank you for your app!

Excellent service! The team is incredibly responsive and takes feedback seriously. They go above and beyond by implementing customizations promptly. Great customer support. I had a CSS issue that they fixed in less than an hour. Very fast turn-around. I also like that they offer a list of other apps that integrate into Customer Accounts Concierge so you can customize your customer experience quite a bit. There is so much that this app offers for customers including the ability to download PDF Invoices with certain apps which is very helpful for a B2B business.
