This app is good, you can customize it according to your brand, and customer service is available any time you need them, they are online, ready to help! What we're particularly happy about is that they value their customers. Not all app developers are like them, and they're available 24/7. Not all customer support of the apps operate like this. Normally, we struggle a lot because after 5pm CET, app customer support are usually offline and we cannot get the help we need right away. Shikha has also been very helpful and very nice, and assisted us all the way and managed to resolve all the issues we had raised to meet our store's needs. The reason we gave this app 3 stars is because we have to uninstall the app because we noticed that it made the speed of our store slower. As soon as we uninstall the app, the speed of our store went back up again to how it was before installing the app. It was unfortunate because we love this app.

So far so good! I hand make all of my products and I've found this super helpful to know which products I should spend the time making based on customer interest. I did a test with my own information and received a text update so it seems to work well! :)

Back In Stock app was very easy to integrate with our store as well as our email list. Customer service was fast acting and very helpful.

Love the back in stock features, the interface is clear and easy to use. Support when needed has been quick and efficient. It is also useful for email/SMS collection and "opt in" for other store marketing. It does need the ability to change the "opt in" status within the app, the only option at present is to delete the record. Still a recommended app!

Missing some advanced features but very responsive support chat! No software will work 100% for each business so good support that can help with custom issues is key!

Super helpful customer service. Set up was easy. We will see how it works through the free trial and up our subscription if it works as easy as it was to set up. There was an issue with the app interfacing with my template but they were able to fix it for me and everything works great now! This app has been a game changer for our business.
