This is an excellent app which provides an easy to use Back In Stock notification service. The customer support is fantastic and they go above and beyond to fix issues & listen to feedback. Worth the price and highly recommended!

great customer support - replied and helped immediately. wanted to set preferred country of phone numbers for SMS/MMS and this was done for me and then they showed me how to do it next time. thanks Joe

This app is simple, easy to use, I love that it lets us reconnect and capture sales that would have likely otherwise been lost (hard to say for sure but we've made 56 additional sales totaling over $5,700 in the last 6 months - the app tracks it for you). WELL worth the cost if you go with the paid version. There are a few small features I'd love to see added, but they have one of the best "request a feature" sections I've seen in an app. Customer service also has been very quick to respond and helpful when I have questions.

I am kind of satisfied with this app. You can install it within hours. It is relatively easy to setup. However, I am a bit disapponted how they can support you in some more advanced HTML coding. We want to make sure our back-in-stock e-mails look similar to our other e-mails. We have provided Appikon with some standard HTML code from the e-mails we are sending from Shopify (which look good in all email programs), but they are not capable yet to apply this HTML code in their e-mails. I truly hope Appikon will one day be capable of providing some more in depth support regarding this.

I VERY rarely leave reviews but I just had too here. Abuzar helped me with some styling issues I was having and he was swift and got it done in 5 minutes completely FOC. He was polite and understanding of what I wanted. I believe they are just a small team and every little review helps. The app itself is brilliant and the customer service afterwards is outstanding! Great job guys!

I installed their App this week with little issues. I did require some tech support which they addressed immediately. The only suggestion I would make is that their alerts and countdown clock should be visible on the home page of my site so the shopper doesnt have to select a product to learn that it is out of stock. All my goods were out of stock. But super nice fit to my store.

This is definitely the app I needed to notify customer of simple restocks. Support was SO helpful in setting up different things and very responsive. The only criticism was the super limited free plan, which would be ideal to test the app/for start-ups. That being said, as I mentioned, the app works GREAT!

Really nice app and does exactly what I need, and the support was super. They did the small modifications and now it's a perfect fit for our shop. I like that it has integrations to PageFly and Mailchimp too.
