For a basic back in stock feature this app works really well. Their support response is super fast. However, if it comes to some more advanced layout/styling of e-mails it is a bit limited.

Outstanding customer support! Our store has yet to launch so the jury is out as far as the functionality of the app but we are confident the developer has our back gif we run into issues! I would 100% recommend this app!

Customer support is terrible. Billing statements don't make any sense. The app charges monthly fees + useage fees - the usage fees are associated with the SMS messaging. Fees fluctuate every month and you can even cost double the amount of the monthly fee. App will not stop charging for SMS messages. Seem more like a scam than an app.

EDIT: no more fast replying on the tchat unfortunately.. There's a bug with SMS notifications not being sent out and I can't reach them out.. Good customer service (very fast in answering questions on the tchat), nice app that works fine, I would recommend it.

Fantastic App and even better customer service! The app integrated into my theme flawlessly and it works very well. Super easy to customize the appearance and it presents itself beautifully. I had a query and used the online chat - it was answered in under 2 minutes!!!

The best out-of-stock / notify me app on Shopify. We looked at many. These guys offer a lot for free. And have features others don't,,, like Notify Me via FB Messenger. AND, they are compatible with MANY themes. And work great with variants. (one in stock and another out of stock) *we were trying another, but theirs would not work correctly with variants. I always feel good about an App Developer that has a support chat, that says "will respond in 5 min",,, and THEN THEY DO. :-) GREAT support. GREAT app. Look forward to working with them. We had another store and now we're moving to a new one so I downloaded this again. As someone who's looked at other back in stock type apps - this remains the best. Incredibly fast help from Zia/customer support. Made the button perfect and helped with whatever other questions we had. It works great, they match your UI to a 'T' and I highly recommend!

Sunday morning. Yash was available on Support to fix the appearance on our theme (Fastor). Took about 5 min. And it was easy to translate to Portuguese. Great app.
