The application works very well and the support is very helpful! This application is a great help in managing my restocking and ensures that my customers don't miss out.

I am so disappointed. I never write reviews, however this is necessary. We have ran out of stock on several different items and prior to us restocking them, myself and my team signed up from our website to be notified via email and text. We then uploaded over TEN restocks. NOT ONE OF US WERE NOTIFIED. NOT ONE. I reached out to support which was a JOKE. Three days later I am sitting here and it is still not fixed. I tested it again yesterday morning prior to uploading another restock and I literally just got a text message (still no email) almost 24 hours later. DO NOT waste your time or money on this service. You will lose a lot more then you will gain.

Absolutely essential app for shopify stores if you don't want to lose sales because of temporary out of stock of certain products. Very responsive support and documentation.

I had previously used a different version of the back in stock app, which was more expensive and had less features. I installed this application and it allowed me to notify more customers in many more ways than the previous alternative. I would definitely recommend. Simple to setup and good support team too. We have a large selection of organic food products, and with supply chain issues we are seeing our inventory fluctuate. Our customers want to know what we know about timing of when items will back in stock. This app very useful and easy to set up with important features. Customers have shared that they appreciate getting alerted when the products they want are available again. We recently refreshed our theme and design, and the support team here did a great job of re-integration in a timely way. Thanks. We would recommend this app to Shopify customers.

Great app and great customer service. Paid plans are quite expensive but I really recommend it. Free plan is not bad but only sends up to 10 emails per month.

The front-end app integrated easily into our Shopify site, and the backend dashboard is functional and easy to navigate. When we ran into any issues, support was there to identify the issue & fix it rapidly.

I have tried a few different apps for the same purpose. This app works very well. The support team took care of everything. It was up and running very fast. Out of the options, this is the best app for sending back in stock notifications.

They have lot of integrations to work with. We were looking for click send integration and they were able to add it very fast. Great support. Keep it up team.

Great app! Exactly what I needed for my store. The guys from support helped me with installing the ‘Notify me’ button into my theme. So far works without any problems!

Avoid this app if you are running a serious business! Their service completely disappeared from our app dashboard before our major product launch, since we were relying on this service- we had to delay product launch until they fixed it. Reluctantly, we gave this service another chance after they offered us a discounted price. Today, their system sent out false notifications to our customers because the inventory count on some of our items went from 0 to -1 (NEGATIVE ONE) We now have to spend HOURS telling our customers that the notification they just received was a false alarm. No way to put those customers back on a notify list, to make things worse, we are sure our customers lost faith in the notify feature all together at this point! Using this app was a devastating hit to our new business.
