Back in Stock does what it says it will do. The developers have been really responsive in getting the look of the button how we wanted it. We are still working out some of the details, but so far so good. Thanks! 7/20/20 - Just wanted to add another shoutout: Super helpful and responsive help desk. They have gone out of their way to make the app work for us. 8/16/22 - They continue to be very responsive when we have issues. We appreciate that. Thanks Abuzar for your help today! 4/3/23 - They do ask for a review at every interaction, but we have had quite a few, and they are always responsive and helpful.

We really like the app. Very useful tool for managing out of stock inventory and alerting customers when items are restocked and ready to purchase. Would like to see a cleaner way to deal with out of stock / discontinued products. Would like to see them removed from the product offering and deleted (by variant) immediately from the "most wanted" report. Customer service was very helpful and quick to reply. THANK YOU!

Appikon has decided to close down this app, with no support for exporting any data. They have also not preemptively notified customers that they are shutting down. Only when I reached out to their support about some issues we found they told us about their plans to shut down. Do not use this app.

I just installed this app and was having some trouble when testing it, the support team resolved the issue very quickly and it is now working! love the features of the free app and definitely interested in the subscription features like low stock notifications and mailchimp integration!

I recommend this over other notify apps I have tried in the past. I have a very old theme with tons of customizations so this app needed help from their support team. They got back to me very fast and fixed the issue. Using the chat feature to resolve and test the app was great. Thank you.

I am so disappointed. I never write reviews, however this is necessary. We have ran out of stock on several different items and prior to us restocking them, myself and my team signed up from our website to be notified via email and text. We then uploaded over TEN restocks. NOT ONE OF US WERE NOTIFIED. NOT ONE. I reached out to support which was a JOKE. Three days later I am sitting here and it is still not fixed. I tested it again yesterday morning prior to uploading another restock and I literally just got a text message (still no email) almost 24 hours later. DO NOT waste your time or money on this service. You will lose a lot more then you will gain.

I had previously used a different version of the back in stock app, which was more expensive and had less features. I installed this application and it allowed me to notify more customers in many more ways than the previous alternative. I would definitely recommend. Simple to setup and good support team too.
