Sadly it didn't work for me. They really didn't try very hard to help me with my template. Pity because it would work very well for us.

Very frustrating app to work with. They installed the program for me and then I watched every single You Tube video trying to figure out how to do a simple text box where the letters would go in once the customer typed them in. They wasn't anything. This was the last email I received from Kamal: "There is add text also i fix your button, but there is still some error, because your time give me headcache, but you can test using debut theme, i will work on it to solve it" YOU have a headache??? I have spent countless hours trying to get this to work. It has been several days now and nothing so onto the next.....

This is a great app. I am able to offer clients a new ability online that I always dreamed of offering. Absolutely outstanding customer service, we had a few issues with the installation of the App but after sending a message Hasan was more than happy to help. Hasan went above and beyond what was expected, the response time was fantastic and we are really looking to implementing this to our shopify store. The software is far more professional looking then any of the other customise product apps available. This is a real game changer for the items we sell thank you so much Hasan!!

Right now, I do not have any response at all. First installation is nearly 3 days ago, but nobody is responding to the mails. The backend of the app itself looks promizing and the design in whole is really nice. But it makes no sense without running properly....

OK WOW! BUY THIS APPLICATION I waited quite a while to post a review, because I like to use the application for a while, get a good feel for the support, and make sure it works well in a live environment. All of these are great and the application is amazing. I have put this support team through the paces in adding, removing and changing many aspects of this application. Every time they have come through in the end with flying colors. I am a programmer in a previous life, so I understand that you have to have a certain amount of patience depending on what your asking for to fix or change, and sometimes the doctor does not make the best patient. That being said, Heri's team (I feel like I know him personally), has done a yeoman's job in getting all the programming completed, and I have an application that I think is absolutely amazing, and I'm not done yet. The only thing that I would say requires some effort, is the time difference between me and the support/customization team (Heri). I live in Florida and the support team is 12hrs ahead. This can be frustrating at times, but overall the team has worked through those issues, and has been very responsive in spite of this difference. BUY THIS APPLICATION, and give your customers an amazing experience. Thanks Customify team for all your hard work, I look forward to a future of more changes, and more exciting advancements in what is already a great application.

Apparently they dont respond or help out like many of the other customizer developers. 4 months no return contact. delete. and refund please.
