I use this app for my tshirt business. It is pretty good and the customer support is really responsive. Great app

Great app and Hasan has been super helpful getting it installed into my website so it's easy for customers to use.

We are just now implementing the app in our new site. It is definitely the best product customizer for our needs. The customer support from Hasan and his team has been excellent! Installation went smoothly and a few custom tweeks from their tech team have us very excited about this new addition.

Customify is the answer, if you're searching an affordable and easy-to-set-up solution. The result on our website is, what we had been looking for and so far, our clients are happy too. Also, the support team is really great and very responsive (Hasan Kamal, this one's for you !). I'd of course have a few things to say, but so far, I have been satisfied.

The Customify Engine works great! We needed to do a little tweaking to the CSS to make it work and behave nicely with our custom template, but Hasan from support was able to guide us expertly through that process in an efficient and very timely manner. Every question we had or request for help that we submitted was taken excellent care of! Thank you!

After the App is live and customers are in use of Customify attributions from our site, there are multiple problems which Customify are not even responding, in the mean time we had to stop our Google adwords and sales campaigns.

The more coooooooolest is their great , friendly and 24/7 online support especially by Mr. Hasan Kamal who won't hesitate at any time to log-in for support , solution, consultancy and advice. i must say that Hasan at support is a very cool guy and is a real help. this app is easy to use once you understand how to set it up.

So far this App has been great. I tried a couple of other customizer tools prior and all of them were missing one thing or another. Customizer has everything I needed already built and best of all their customer support is very good and responsive so if you do run into a something out of the ordinary the support team is a click away. Give it a try, spend some time, and it'll fit your needs.

I had a good experience starting out with this app. However lately all my preloaded images are being resized so they don't fit the product properly. I'm not sure how to fix it and support has "fixed" it for me in the past but it is a problem that keeps reoccuring.

We applied this app to our store 15 days ago and it worked for all but two of those days. When we contacted tech support all we received as an answer as to why the app was not working was that they were awaiting the developer. Hasan simply wasted our time and kept telling us it would be fixed soon. All the while we wasted 16 hours of my web departments time and money.

Sadly it didn't work for me. They really didn't try very hard to help me with my template. Pity because it would work very well for us.

Very frustrating app to work with. They installed the program for me and then I watched every single You Tube video trying to figure out how to do a simple text box where the letters would go in once the customer typed them in. They wasn't anything. This was the last email I received from Kamal: "There is add text also i fix your button, but there is still some error, because your time give me headcache, but you can test using debut theme, i will work on it to solve it" YOU have a headache??? I have spent countless hours trying to get this to work. It has been several days now and nothing so onto the next.....
