Great for my customer portal. Am able to generate great internal customer data. Great support as well.

This app works great for us. We are using it to collect info and for customers to register their product. The support staff has been the best we have come across. Thanks so much for a great product and even better support!!

Very quick at answering any questions I have! Very easy to build your form with whatever fields you want. Also, they are very nice people to work with!

The app works perfectly, the support is fantastic, and it's quite speedy! We've used this on several sites across several themes, and it works every time. There was one small graphical issue on one of the themes, but the support team was kick to jump in and fix it. Great app!

This app does what it needs to do, for our store we needed more information from our customers when they created an account than what Shopify allows, so this was a life saver in that sense! Thank you Customer Fields!! Do you Vape? Check out our retail site: www.themodshield.com

Customer Fields not only does most of what I need, but those areas where it doesn't, their support team is ready to help wherever they can. Very impressed to say the least. Would highly recommend to anyone needing more customer fields and would like world class support. Thanks for all of your help Chelsea!

Simple to use and manage, but very flexible. I love the ability to keep my customers contained within Shopify and extend my metadata for our specific use case. Support has been excellent, highly recommend.

We couldn't run our store without Customer Fields from Helium Dev. It allowed us to save easily save vital customer information and print that information inside our transactional emails. The documentation is great and support from Helium has been even better, with quick and helpful responses. Don't hesitate to contact them if you need something custom with the app, or you aren't sure if it's right for your store. They may offer you reasonably priced custom development on top of their existing Shopify apps that more closely fit your needs. 5 stars!

Very prompt support and great customer service. I had spent a bunch of time trying to figure out how to do something, and eventually gave up and asked them if there was a way to do it, and BAM they made the change for me within an hour! Update 2023: Still excellent, and new features since my initial review in 2018 have allowed me to do lots of new things. 6 stars!

I have been using this app for a little over a month now and I love it! Before customers were only asked for an email when creating an account, but with this app I can add a password section.Before, when a customer signed up using their email, we would have to send them an account invite so they can create a password and we would not receive any responses half the time. The app allows for several different form fields and I would defiantly recommend giving this app a try.
