An actual onboarding process would be nice. I mean, an actual human to show me around the tool on a zoom or at minimum a live webinar. They just send you to support pages to get started. $60 a month for a tool that's going to be live on my site indefinitely is a cash cow. You'd think they'd help it get started a little bit better. Way more coding than I anticipated.

We installed the product and used it for a few months. When we had a problem with it we contacted for assistance disabling it, but support responses were very slow. We ended up removing it due to lack of timely assistance.
