We have used Custom Fields now for several years as part of our reseller signup and approval process. From day one, the app has worked flawlessly and done exactly what we have needed it to do. Customer support has always been fantastic as well; they are responsive, friendly, and truly go out of the way to help wherever they can. We are a big fan!

We had the pleasure of using Helium Customer Fields for nearly a year, and it's been a fantastic experience, particularly due to Brett's outstanding support. Brett went above and beyond to assist us, skillfully handling some CSS styling to enhance our form's aesthetics. His patience and friendliness in answering all our questions were remarkable. This app has been a vital part of our workflow, so much so that we've decided to integrate it into our new store as well. If you're looking for a reliable and versatile custom form solution, Helium Customer Fields is definitely the way to go. We're using Helium on our B2B-only website where customers need to tell us about their business and get verified before they can order from us. Happy with it. Both the app (user interface, customization possibilities) and the team (support, frequent app updates) are great!

It does exactly what it says it should and I have encountered no issues. Minor tweaks were solved very quickly by Brett. The options you have available are excellent. We use this app as Shopify have a bug where it would sign up the user automatically without sending a confirmation link for activation. This app solved this shopify bug in seconds! Well recommended.

Der Support hat mir Nett und Schnell geholfen mein Problem zu Lösen. Das Problem wurde zu 100% vom Support behoben, nachdem er Zugang zu meinem Shop erhalten hat. :)

Brett responded within minutes of submitting a support request. He quickly understood the issue, completed some initial investigation and had the issue resolved promptly. I would highly recommend this app and support is awesome!

This App rocks! When you use it, you'll soon realize how great this app is! The installation is simple with great documentation. The functions are well thought out. The form builder packs with all the features. One of the best features is the conditional rule, with it we have designed our registration as we envisioned. Hey, there is more, the support team is the best. They really know their product! I can wholeheartedly recommend this app!

The Helium app has been a game changer for our business that sells to consumers as well as a trade audience. I love the convenience of the templated invite emails and ability to quickly get into a customer account and update if needed, or provide concierge service to our top customers and set them up on our end, just requiring them to create a password. The tags are where it's at. Such capabilities. We are really happy with this app as it has allowed us to simplify our pricing on our website for our different customer types which is saving us tons of time!

I'm pretty sure Helium's bathroom needs a "Come Fly With Me" on Grasscloth treatment 🤩 I'll see if I can convince the boss.

We are using this form builder for a stockist/wholesaler website. Works very well to approve wholesaler accounts before purchase. The support team (Brett) is great. Quick response and helpful. Brett assisted in setting up the form with some formatting issues in our theme, and had it resolved within 24 hours. Would highly recommend.

Helium has enabled us to natively integrate our bespoke account registration/checkout experience with Shopify. Given the nature of our business, it's mission critical for a solution like this and, frankly, we weren't able to ID anyone else that provides this solution OOTB (vs. custom dev). Customer Fields has gotten better since Helium directly integrated Metafields into the Shopify admin and we're looking forward to the day when Shopify and Helium are able to partner more closely so that we can search by customer metafields in the Shopify admin (vs. view for individual customers). 5 stars without question.
