Great and easy to use app! It solved our issue of Wholesale Registration on our Shopify store by allowing us to seamlessly collect the information that we need. When I needed to add internal links to our Wholesale Agreement, Katelyn walked me right through it! Great service!

It solves a specific business need very well. The app has an excellent user-interface and user-experience design and is very easy to use. Top-tier support team. One of the best all around app experiences we've had!

This is a superb app. It does what it says on the tin, and does it well. The support is top touch and professional. Best of all, it is very developer-friendly and the documentation is good, which means excellent extensibility.
This is truly music to our ears! What a fantastic compliment to our product and engineering team. 😊

We use Helium form for a program registration. Helium will tag customers as "program x registrant", which will trigger to send welcome email with special discount, etc. It's been working beautifully so far! We were able to create all the fields we needed to collection information. Support team is knowledgable and awesome, too!

We use this app to help our customers register or edit their account using a form we have created in Customer Fields. Our customers are able to opt out of paying VAT if they are eligible and can start purchasing immediately without having to contact us to change their account and refund the VAT retrospectively. We had a small problem with how to add the 'Edit Account' link to the account page and after reaching out for help it was done for us, what more can you ask for. Excellent app and great support. Thanks for your rapid response & help.

great app! fits our needs perfectly. there are a lot of settings that I'm sure would work for any setup you wish for, they have thought of everything. Customer service is impeccable! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

Game changer! Customer Fields really help us level up our account creation process. The app works great but the customer service was even better. We use a lot of apps that offer little to no support, Josiah went way out of the way to help us get things switched over and running.

I use this app to segment my customers and it works great. Easy to use. Customer service was top notch when I had a special request needed some help. They went above and beyond xo

Love this app. This is the second store we have installed this on. Our main reason for using it is to capture some custom fields during registration. We work exclusively with nonprofits so we need to get their EIN# before allowing them to shop in our store.

Great support & great product when you are looking to extend beyond shopify's current registration forms. We use it for: Tax exempt checkboxes, submitted tax exempt forms, customers inviting other customers & I assume it can do much more!

We ran into a problem after updating our website and Customer Fields was very helpful and efficient with their assistance.
Thanks for being a customer since 2017! Your wholesale registration form is looking great. 😄 Quick tip: You may want to consider adding a separate form for retail customers as well. On your current plan, you can add an additional registration form at no additional cost. We're standing by to help if needed 👍

Simple in it's setup and provides powerful automations for our site. Embeds beautifully with our theme and other apps. The team was very helpful in guiding us through the slight adjustments that we wanted to make.
