I was confused on what kind of WhatsApp marketing tool to use. I came across Delightchat at that moment of confusion. I noticed it had cool reviews. So I decided to check it out. Downloaded and started using and I can certainly say it is a tool that any business owner who wants to win their WhatsApp and customer support game must have. Nithya was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me setup API automation on a step-by-step basis and took time to do her research and get back to me wherever we were stuck. Will definitely ask her for support if required in the future.
