Instagram automation can be incorporated like whatsapp, WhatsApp automation response system can be improved with more customisable features and seller support could be improved. Add the option for workflow automation (drag & drop) method. Rest all the support is good.

The app is a bit technical but the customer support from the team is good & hands on however, I would definitely recommend some changes/upgradation - The automation WhatsApp chat should show in the dashboard so the WhatsApp data/contact details of customers would be collected much more conveniently - It should be easier for a customer to give submit review (love this feature on Zoko. You guys should definitely check it out) -
