Just love how this app works on digital products. I do sell knitting patterns and use the option of put the customer name and order number on the PDF file as well as limit on download.

Fileflare is amazing. After unresolved issues with a very popular app we used before, we tested several similar ones, and this was the only one that truly met all our requirements. It's practical, well-structured, and efficient. No complaints, just praise! We actually regret not having used this app much earlier. An extra star goes to the fast and thoughtful support. Transitioned an extensive collection of digital products to Fileflare and couldn't be happier! Most importantly, the customer experience is far better than our previous digital download platform. The backend interface is also easier to use, and their v2 update allows us to handle everything within our Shopify admin. Only feature missing that we use (on a pretty limited basis) is the ability to deliver license codes. Overall, terrific app to manage digital products.

I love the ease of uploading and connecting the uploads to the products in my Shopify store. It is a straightforward, easy process. I am not that tech-savvy, but this app was easy to set up with clear, easy-to-understand instructions. I had a few questions and needed help with one thing, and these were answered quickly. I would recommend this App to anyone wanting to add large PDF files or any-sized file to their store, so easy!

The app works really well at all times. Have had many sales and no complaints, downloads has worked perfectly. But also incredible support. Very fast replies, and not only fast, but also very good answers. The app is good so you probably won’t need help, and if you do need help, it’s just one message away!

We have used Fileflare throughout the entire lifecycle of our business (almost 2 years on the premium plan) and we were very satisfied the whole time. The app offered us a a very complete solution straight out of the box with a lot of means to customize it to our needs and the price is more than honest for what we got. Our tickets were answered and solved promptly, our exchanges were always very respectful and positive, the service never encountered issues. Definitely recommend it!

We have been on a lookout for a new app as SendOwl increased our pricing massively. William has been AMAZING! We had nearly 1000 products to move and thousands of orders. I was really worried that something will break and SendOwl was not exporting us the correct data either - which was a pain. William has been so patient with me - helped us with the migration and made it EFFORTLESS. I am not a techy person and yes the backend can seem overwhelming at the start. But slow down, email the team and breathe. This is likely your best choice for downloadable products in Shopify. We have just set our Annual plan with Fileflare and look forward to using it for years to come.

FANTASTIC custom service! I just left SendOwl after they increased prices from $19/month to $159/month. I use Amazon S3 storage to host my files, and it was tricky getting it set up. Customer service for Fileflare went back and forth with me, troubleshooting the issue, until it was finally resolved - and assured me they would never do something so crazy as to do a 736% price increase. I love that they have a few more options than SendOwl, and custom service is way better! Definitely worth the $29/month!

I wish I could give 10 stars!! I'm not very tech-savvy, so I really appreciated how supportive and responsive the team behind this app has been. Everytime I had a question, they replied quickly- with the same friendly, helpful, and informative tone each time. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly on my store. It's such a relief knowing that real support is just a message away. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this app and their outstanding service!

We've just transitioned our entire product line from Sendowl to Fileflare - I was expecting the normal days of headscratching and issues a change linke this would create and instead it was an incredibly smooth process . The documenation and migration tools provided are so well presented, I've not needed to use the migration service and completed everything in about 14 hours. I love the system of creating digtal assets and then connecting a number of these to our products - this makes so much more sense for us and best of all, thanks to the excellent instructions we migrated everything from S3 storage to Cloudflare R2 and now have quicker downloads with reduced hosting costs. We needed to contact support and got a reply in less than an hour ( we are in the UK same as William, the owner of the platform ) and it appears there's even more coming This service also has app blocks available - perfect for setting up downloads in the latest Shopify enviroment. If you are reading this, you are obviously considering it - please don't hesitate to run the trial and get setup - Quality coding and delivery systems like this arent always a given, this app is excellent on all counts

I use this growth plan of the same app for my first shopify shop. I have also installed on my german shopify shop. It has all functions I need such as IP - download trackings with limitations. I had a request to add download link on order confirmation email. They have helped at night and installed in less than an hour. very quick support. Thanks a lot!

I was terrified about switching digital download apps, but I could not justify the price increase of the app that I was using with my niche market. I talked to my business partner and I decided yesterday was the day. I have nearly 140 digital products and I copied all my the zip files and put them in a Dropbox folder so they were all in one place. I then followed Fileflare's migration instructions and it was seamless. I uploaded my files and then attached my products. This process was easier to do from the assets folder as I have product variants. When it got to settings, I could do the basics, but Will helped me out this morning with adding coding to a few things. As long as customers log into their accounts, they can reach their downloads and they will now come from Fileflare. If they try to use the links in their old emails, the links will appear removed. That is ok, I will send out a mass email and explain to my customers that I have switched providers. I can also always send them a new link from the Fileflare app.

I had a problem downloading the files but William Suton was really great. He helped me for over a week and came up with solutions. When I was about to give up he came up with a new idea and that turned out to be the solution! Really great. So happy that my website is working great again and I can now sell my products without worries.
