I wish I could give 10 stars!! I'm not very tech-savvy, so I really appreciated how supportive and responsive the team behind this app has been. Everytime I had a question, they replied quickly- with the same friendly, helpful, and informative tone each time. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly on my store. It's such a relief knowing that real support is just a message away. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this app and their outstanding service!

We've just transitioned our entire product line from Sendowl to Fileflare - I was expecting the normal days of headscratching and issues a change linke this would create and instead it was an incredibly smooth process . The documenation and migration tools provided are so well presented, I've not needed to use the migration service and completed everything in about 14 hours. I love the system of creating digtal assets and then connecting a number of these to our products - this makes so much more sense for us and best of all, thanks to the excellent instructions we migrated everything from S3 storage to Cloudflare R2 and now have quicker downloads with reduced hosting costs. We needed to contact support and got a reply in less than an hour ( we are in the UK same as William, the owner of the platform ) and it appears there's even more coming This service also has app blocks available - perfect for setting up downloads in the latest Shopify enviroment. If you are reading this, you are obviously considering it - please don't hesitate to run the trial and get setup - Quality coding and delivery systems like this arent always a given, this app is excellent on all counts

I use this growth plan of the same app for my first shopify shop. I have also installed on my german shopify shop. It has all functions I need such as IP - download trackings with limitations. I had a request to add download link on order confirmation email. They have helped at night and installed in less than an hour. very quick support. Thanks a lot!

I was terrified about switching digital download apps, but I could not justify the price increase of the app that I was using with my niche market. I talked to my business partner and I decided yesterday was the day. I have nearly 140 digital products and I copied all my the zip files and put them in a Dropbox folder so they were all in one place. I then followed Fileflare's migration instructions and it was seamless. I uploaded my files and then attached my products. This process was easier to do from the assets folder as I have product variants. When it got to settings, I could do the basics, but Will helped me out this morning with adding coding to a few things. As long as customers log into their accounts, they can reach their downloads and they will now come from Fileflare. If they try to use the links in their old emails, the links will appear removed. That is ok, I will send out a mass email and explain to my customers that I have switched providers. I can also always send them a new link from the Fileflare app.

I had a problem downloading the files but William Suton was really great. He helped me for over a week and came up with solutions. When I was about to give up he came up with a new idea and that turned out to be the solution! Really great. So happy that my website is working great again and I can now sell my products without worries.

We've been using Fireflare for a few years now, and i will be honest with you, in my opinion, if you are selling digital goods, look no further! I honestly forgot to write a review a long time ago, but yesterday night (saturday) there was an issue regarding the downloads themselves, which obviously is a big issue. Despite it being a sunday, the support team got back to me early in the morning, and by 14:00 the issue was resolved. They updated me multiple times throughout the process, explaining what was going on. 10/10 support, and service.

I run a pretty busy digital download website and recently switched from Shopify's Digital Downloads app to Fileflare. Not only was it easy and intuitive, it's up and running as seamlessly as I could have hoped. I'll also mention the amazing response time from Fileflare's tech support. Couldn't be happier so far.

Dear Fireflare Team, I want to express my sincere gratitude for your prompt response and invaluable assistance. Over the past two months, I encountered numerous challenges with various digital downloads—many were complex to navigate, lacking clear instructions, and relying on overrated apps my choices never been successful. Shopify suggested that I find a developer, which led me to contact several. I was shocked to discover that the cost would be $250, which is simply beyond my means as I’m just starting out and not yet generating income. And this amount only to have a button for streaming. I found your video on YouTube and thought Fireflare might be my last hope before committing to a costly developer. I downloaded the app and I was pleasantly surprised by the clarity and ease of the instructions in your video, which guided me through every step. Initially, the stream didn’t work on mobile, but William reassured me via email that Fireflare developers were on the case. Just a few hours later, the stream was up and running! I have been using FileFlare for a while now for my shop for distributing digital files. Whenever I have had questions they have always been helpful in getting things resolved. Honestly, they probably have been the best app I have used for my business. They update their offerings, solid responsive customer service, and their app actually does what it is supposed to without issues. How many other apps can actually say that? I would strongly recommend that if you need to deliver digital files to your customers you give them a shot.

This app is awesome. I could link up all of my digital downloads to customers' accounts in bulk with the help of WIlliam. He went above and beyond to help me out with quick replies and easy solutions. I couldn't recommend this app more!!

I love the FileFlare app. You can store multiple PDF files in one product, and the customer service is perfect. They respond immediately and are super friendly, skilled, and helpful.
