new file upload option removes the abiltiy to drag and drop files in. restore that old functionality.

Go back to the old version where under each product i could copy a digital download link!!!! I used the url all the time to send large files!!!

Stop removing features. Bring back drag and drop to upload files.

This app is awful. Very glitchy and randomly stops fulfilling orders despite the products being set to fulfill immediately after purchase. There is zero support available. I will be switching apps.

It doesn't send any emails! It's a piece of junk, do not waste your time!

Terrible app. You can't customize the delivery message. Also, if you delete a variant (not the product), then all the download links become broken without any way to fix it (like assigning the order to a new variant or file). Strongly discourage anyone using this.

If you have 1 product, with 10 colors, and 10 sizes, you will need to download 100x the same file (like if it is a product manual) to cover all of them. Insane.

De la nada se rompió y empezó a enviar mal todos los archivos que subí. Todos rotos. Las personas no podían descargarlos.

No me permite subir archivos de excel que pesan 345kb. Mi tienda es especializada en productos digitales, yo vendo plantillas de excel y ahora no puedo subir porque sucede un error inesperado

If you try to add more than one file (no matter how small the size, it can even be 10MB each), it will load them to the selected listing, then when you hit Save, it will think forever and never complete the operation. The only workaround is to create one main Zip file. Too basic an app. Missing tons of functionalities. I am new to Shopify and setting up my store, but so far, I am not impressed by anything here.

Will randomly loose your files (they literally disappear), or they will forget to update the SSL certificate, or all the URLs will expire... Be ready for some random issues and always keep a backup of your files.

Please release an update fixing the issues asap, I've been using this app for year with great results but it's not working as it used to anymore! Any info on this matter would be grately appreciated.

The app stopped working completely after 6 years of having it on my store. I have very unhappy customers as a result.

it doesn’t really load you have to keep opening it for it work. i did it ten times before i let me add the digital items

I loved this app. But it stopped working randomly one day last week and none of my customers were getting links to their downloads.
