Très bonne application pour gérer les produits digitaux. J'ai 3 ebook sur ma boutique Naky Rituals et la livraison automatique est fluide et l’interface hyper claire. Idéal pour mes fichiers PDF. Simple et efficace.

I liked very much. Is easy to use and works fine. One improvement I would do is to put a order search bar to go directly to an order and not having to scroll all the way down, some times many pages, to find an order and solve a problem. The rest is awesome. thanks!

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews of this app. For me, it works perfectly. I have no complaints—easy to install, simple to use, and completely reliable.

Works fine for me. After they pay it provides the Download LINK on the thank you page. It is just not sending an email with the download links. So its still functional.

I too have had no problem with this app. It does what it's supposed to do. I've not had any complaints? I'm not sure why the low rating. Now Shopify tells me to contact the developer and update it.? But the Developer is Shopify. I see an answer from them below saying that they are working on it and it gives a link to their progress but the link doesn't work. ??

If Digital Downloads no longer working... Just reinstalled it looks like after updating my store version might of cause the API to stop working.

This app has worked perfectly since I integrated it. The app has not yet produced any errors during downloads. There have been no customer complaints about downloads not working.

EDIT: They seem to have fixed the bugs and I'm not having any issues with the app now thank god. Will hope that things stay on a good path for this as it is definitely a must have app for Shopify digital stores. The app is now showing up as "Unsupported" with a warning message in the settings page that says the following. "This app may not work as expected. Digital Downloads needs to be updated by the app developer. Contact them for support or uninstall the app." I contacted Shopify Support and their response was to uninstall and reinstall which I'm not comfortable in doing with 300+ products with downloads. Then they said I should contact the developer... Incase you missed that. Digital Downloads IS a Shopify App and I contacted Shopify to have them tell me to contact Shopify...

I don't know why this app has such a low review score, because it works perfectly! I have sold over $15,000 of digital products using this app in the last 6 months and have had no problems with it. I would highly recommend it to anyone selling digital products!
