very easy to use. The instructions are there to guide you especially if you are a new user like me.
This app is really impressive, extremely simple to use and much easier than other apps. Unfortunately it is also too simple and would be nicer to use with a few more features and user control.

Love the app. Should be free because its only a count down. Free for count down, charge for other features like text marketing.

Great app! We were setting up a "Flash Deal zone" for our online store (limited time, xx% off on xx collection) the app works flawlessly. Even came with customizable banners to announce the sales information more prominently.
I've been using Disco for a while now and love the automatic discounting and reverting back to regular pricing after pre-scheduled promos. Only thing I would like to see is a little customization possibility for the text and colors with some already set-up templates.

Regarding the customization - in the app there is a "Design" page, where you can customize colors, font and text size of both countdown timer and announcement bar. There are also a few templates to choose from for the announcement bar. You can navigate to it by pressing the button next to "Create sale". Have you seen that page? Did exactly what I wanted it to! Fills a big hole in Shopify and worked perfectly. I was able to select different products or collections to put them on sale - scheduling worked perfectly - counter was a great addition to increase sales.

Not easy to use, I cannot change the products, I cannot see how to change colors, Is so complicated I don't see how to edit anything
Hi I am sorry to hear you found the app hard to use. You can change the colors of the countdown timer and announcement bar under the "Design" page. It is the button right next to "Create sale". I am not sure what you mean when you say, you cannot change the products. However, you can easily change the product selection of a sale. Very good app. Helped a lot for my black friday offers. I would choose the paid plan to get the countdown feature. Its very effective. Thanks a lot!

I used this app to do my first flash sale on my website. So far it has been working out really well but I’d love it if I could make changes to how long the sale is supposed to last. I accidentally made it end an entire day early and see no way to change this. Other than that this app is perfect.
I like the app. But my suggestion is would you make the countdown to be visible in collection page and featured product? Not only in product page? Thank you!
Worked fantastic for Black Friday! Easy to use and install. it made is so much easier to set a time and be able to not worry about doing last minute discounts on my website. I will definitely use this app in the future!
The app is quite slow so make sure you have enough time to apply the discount before launch. Also, after disabling the app, just after the weekend we found out that some of the discounts stayed at the products and we lost 30% on all those sales.
Thank you for taking the time to notify us of the issue. I sincerely apologize for the issues you ran into using our app. Over the weekend (BFCM) we experienced a technical issue due to much higher peak load on our servers than we anticipated. I apologize - we should have been better prepared. This resulted in discounts applying slower than usual. We ran sales for over 700 stores during the weekend doing more than 200.000 price changes. Unfortunately, some prices were not reverted correctly. This issue was only seen on 3 sales but we take the matter very seriously and made sure to find the cause and fix the issue as soon as we discovered it. It was a specific issue that could occur when one sale ended and another one started (involving the same products) at the same time. We have made sure this does not happen again in the future.
The APP does exactly what it should do, the support is one of the best I have ever seen in the last years!!!! Great Job, really appreciated!!
