Such a great app! This is the only app we use for sales, as the features give us exactly what we need to facilitate a solid promotion for our large customer base. The representative we deal with, Bart, always goes above and beyond for our account and answers us promptly! He's so knowledgeable, helpful and patient and we're so appreciative for him and the team at Discount Ninja!

UPDATE: Having spoke to the owner of discount ninja, Bart worked on resolving our issue instantly and has provided great support. The app is now reinstalled and working perfectly and as a goodwill Bart increased our quota. The app in itself is great and offers discount schemes and strategies that no other app offers. However thats where it stops, support take a while to reply and don't fix issues. This app was causing bother all over our site. They then wanted us to upgrade as we had reached our quota to look into the issue more.

I just installed the app today and set up some propmotions. the app integrates beautifully and the support team is quick and effective to help with onboarding. live chat is available for quick answers to questions. A+

Never using DN again! Had a promotion set up with their dynamic pricing feature (which we paid more for) for a 2 hour flash sale on our website (50% off). 10 minutes into the promotion running with thousands of customers on our website the app malfunctioned, hundreds of our customers were charged full price and we lost thousands in sales. The issue was unable to be resolved as the sale was only running for the 2 hour period.
Hi there, sorry to hear you had issues with a flash sale in June. To resolve issues with flash sales, Shopify has developed a new way to integrate with the checkout. Discount Ninja is now using this new technique to offer flash sales without limitations!

The app looks super interesting and has a lot of features. We installed it hoping it would help with our conversion rate but it has only caused us trouble. After asking for the support to install the Dynamic Pricing on our theme, we had a bug in our store where after adding a product to the cart, the load button keeps spinning, and also the cart is not being displayed correctly, no product is being shown. They installed the code for Dynamic Pricing and immediately reported this bug and said that it was coming from another app that was installed in our store but we had never used, and never caused trouble. The bug was not happening before the changes did by Discount Ninja, so I asked them to undo the code they had done, they said that I could just install a backup version of the theme and the changes would be undone. I did this and uninstalled both "Discount Ninja" and the other app, but the bug persists. We also talked to the support of the other app (the one they said was causing the bug) and they said: "We have checked this over carefully and can confirm this isn't related to our app. Our app won't edit theme code (specifically to avoid problems like this) - everything is contained in a javascript tag, and when you remove the app you remove the tag. I've checked your site and the tag is no longer there. I hate to point to another developer - but if Discount Ninja have been editing your theme, then it's highly likely the issue is related to them - and I'm pretty certain they will edit your cart too." The theme support is obviously not able to help us because the theme has been changed already. Now I'll have to pay for a developer to solve this issue. Very disappointed. Don't recommend it.
Hi there, we'd appreciate it if you could remove this review immediately as it is both misleading and incorrect. The issue you experienced (loading icon on add to cart button) was caused by a bug in your theme (Maker from Troopthemes, version 4.2.0 released in 2018 - https://support.troopthemes.com/release_notes/maker/#version-4). Claiming that there is a link with Discount Ninja is factually incorrect and affects the perception of our brand and the quality of the app. The Discount Ninja support team spent a great deal of time attempting to troubleshoot this issue for you, but was unfortunately unable to find the root cause as the issue was buried deep in the minified JavaScript file of your theme. I spent some time on it myself and was able to identify the issue. I found the exact line in the theme.min.js where the theme's code fails (due to a call to a non-existent JavaScript function). The app has the best features when it comes to setting up promos, dynamic pricing, exclusive discounts, etc. We have a complex BOGO offer and this is the only app we're able to use for it. The support is great and is always responsive. There was a minor issue with the recent update but it was resolved right away. Overall, we're quite satisfied for more than a year now.

Discount Ninja is a robust platform that allows us a number of different styles of discounts and keep them organized so they "play well" with one another. The control we have on how the promotions display on our website is also very impressive. There is a learning curve to this App so make sure you have someone willing to dedicate the time and energy to figure it out. If you do, Discount Ninja's support team has proven to be responsive and helpful. We have had some issues after updates in the past but it is usually resolved quickly. Good discounting app.

We make extensive use of this app on our site and the flexibility it offers ito promotions is second to none. We've had to call on support a (very) few times and the issues were resolved promptly. Highly recommended.

When it works, it's fine. The problem is that when it breaks, it BREAKS. Support is polite but completely useless. My discounting system has been down for over a week due to a bad update on their part and after THREE "oh, it's fixed now!" messages from support, it's STILL broken. My company has taken a hard hit to reputation for "fraudulent advertising" and we're having to refund hundreds of dollars manually because Limoni Apps support doesn't appear to be able to maintain their own app. Most disappointing app support I've seen to date.
We're deeply sorry for the significant disruption caused by the recent issues with our app. Your experience falls far below our standards, and we understand the frustration and damage it has caused to your business and reputation. Something to keep in mind, the free offer isn't 14 days - it's 7 days. I'm still going to try it, but I was hoping for the full 2 weeks to get the feel for it.
The app did indeed briefly state an incorrect number of trial days in the settings screen on the day you installed the app. This mistake has been corrected. Discount Ninja currently offers a 14-day free trial. You're welcome to explore all the features of the app for two full weeks, free of charge.

This is by far the best offer app I have found on Shopify. So many great features, my favourite being dynamic pricing which a lot of other apps lack. Their support is great, and they are always looking to update things so that they are compatible with shopify updates.

We have been using discount ninja for several months now and it has been working wonders for our store. If we experience any issues, the discount ninja team are always on hand to help and their customer service is amazing. They are continuously upgrading the app to meet customer demands and we cannot wait to see what they have planned for the future. Would highly recommend this app to any sites looking to offer exceptional customer experience and offers.

The support from Limoni is some of the best I've received from any SAAS company. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is working as intended. As a shopify plus user there's a bunch you can do with shopify scripts but Discount Ninja is still preferred for simplicity, support and capabilities. They are the package deal, and you can have your own package deals too with discount ninja. haha. Keep up the good work, love the app!

This app rocks! Yes, it does everything you need in the discount world. But even better is the reality that no app is perfect and when and if you do run into a problem the Discount Ninja support team is top-notch and responsive.

We investigated plenty of other discounting apps, Discount Ninja seems to be the most comprehensive. We needed help to get some setup sorted out as to get things setup how we wanted them. The support was fantastic, timely and with great follow up. We will be making recommendations and feature requests for even more options, but out of the box, this app was almost exactly what we were looking for. Lots of options and customization. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the great work and keep the features coming! Kudos.

This is the only app we've been able to find that allows you to setup a discount code for affiliate partners that doesn't require additional work for the consumer. The team was very helpful in setting everything up – one of their developers sat on a video call to talk through the setup and help us get the first one in place. Very helpful!

We like to do GWP promotions in which the gift is preselected. We wanted an app that automatically added this to our carts so our customers didn't have to do anything extra. Works perfectly! Had an issue initially in the set-up (user error). Support was fast & efficient in helping resolve the issue. Looking forward to doing other fun promotions with it.
